Big Con

This is a con. I bought a backpack which I returned for a refund. At first the customer service said they would give me £10 off not to return the item, I refused, they up the amount, I still said no. They then sent a return label and item was posted. That was from the 10th of December 2025, after several emails and them giving me a run around, I decided to take the action of a charge back. Till today 14th of March, my credit card company is still waiting for their response.

My backpack from Wolph feels roomy

My backpack from Wolph feels roomy, comfortable even on long days out, and everything fits fine, laptop, water bottle, a hidden pocket for passport or money. Only complaint is that it's bigger than I expected based on the description , this isn't too big an issue though.

Avoid wasting you hard earned money

Please avoid wasting your hard earned money. Quality of this product is far from what is promised and guaranteed. The 365 day guarantee actually only lasts for a month, after that period Wolph will not replace any defect but ask for you to send the faulty product back and they will ‘repair it’.
Wolph’s response to the stitching ripping on the left strap of my bag was “has it come into contact with any sharp objects”. Completely offloading the liability from themselves and making the customer, in this case me, feel belittled.
I was asked “what are the usual contents of the bag”, which are a laptop, phone, notepad and some headphones. Wolph attributed the stitching issue to be “general wear and tear” although I’ve not yet had this bag a year and have only used it around 70-80 times. This in my mind does not consist of a quality product with a company who do not back it up with a full guarantee.
Customer service was extremely poor and not helpful at all, a £20 refund was offered on a £75 backpack that was clearly faulty.
Please, save your money and purchase whatever you were intending to elsewhere.

Buyers beware!

Still waiting for a refund for order #8249 despite it being way in excess of the 10 days quoted from delivery back to the warehouse to processing a refund.

Buyers beware - if you find that an item is not suitable for whatever reason, good luck getting your money back.

Edit: I can see that I’m not the only one facing this issue. You can contact Shopify to investigate by Googling “Report a Shopify merchant”

Havent received the refund

Another company I wish I had searched before buying from. Purchased a backpack around Christmas that was not what I expected. Returned the backpack and contacted their customer service who confirmed the backpack was received by them on the 16th January. Although they promise to process the refund within 10 days, it’s been 20 days and still nothing.

HORRENDOUS AVOID

Delayed delivery, delayed approval of return, delayed refund and now failed refund! It's been 27 business days since they confirmed receipt of my returned item on 05/01/26. First refund issued 29/01/26 - way over their 10 business days time frame. Second return issued 08/02/26 still pending. Must have emailed of 15 times in total. Lots of excuses and assurances but zero accountability or follow through. Utterly horrendous. Please buy elsewhere!

I purchased a laptop bag from them before Xmas for my wife as a present and when it arrived the quality was very poor.
I arranged the return which was not an easy process over a month ago and I still haven't received a refund and I am constantly told it is being processed but then never arrives.
So to summarise the quality is poor and they don't process refunds.

Another company wished I researched before purchasing.
Bought I backpack as a present that I no longer needed. Sent it back and am now chasing and chasing for a refund! They ask for 10 working days after receipt of return which was 26th Jan.
My poor bank will be tired from all of the reverse transactions!

Scam

Bought a bagback for my nephew's birthday on 03/12/2025 it was delivered to my neighbour however my neighbour works night, I work during the day. I phoned the company, it was then I was told it was delivered to my neighbour, It took another day to let me know which neighbour. (I live in a block of flat)Delivery was by Evri (that's another story). I decided to purchase an alternative on his birthday when I still haven't got hold of the item. ( not their fault) I then requested a refund since I didn't need the item any longer. They initially said I should keep it for myself, I declined, they then said they would take £10 off, I declined this too. It took another 2 days for them to approve the return and another 2 days to send a label. I even offered to pay for the refund. The tracking for the refund showed it's been received, & yet they refused to refund my credit card. I decided after a month to do a charge back. My credit card company is still waiting for their response. This company is nothing but a scam.

They are a complete scam company

They are a complete scam company. Products not what they look like on the website. I purchased a rucksack which was not worth £70, it was shipped direct from China and nothing like what I ordered. I returned the bag and still not received a refund after 8 weeks. I have no bag and no money. Website looks legit but avoid at all costs because it’s a compete scam.

I purchased a bag on October 22

I purchased a bag on October 22, 2025. I was told my laptop would fit, which turned out not to be true. Wolf acknowledged the mistake and approved a refund.
I returned the item with a tracking number confirming delivery. Despite this, I am repeatedly told that they have not received the package and that the case is still “under investigation”.
As of February 2, 2026, more than four months later, I have still not received my refund.
Very disappointing experience. A refund approved, a tracked return, and no resolution after months is simply unacceptable.

Paid for next day delivery but the item took several days to arrive so I had to buy an alternative (needed a bag for going away!)

It was quite difficult to organise a refund but finally I got the QR code. I returned the item on 10/01 and now it is 31/01 and still I have not received a refund or any form of notification that they have received it. Emails go unanswered. I presume this is a tactic to hope people forget about the money and avoid paying people back.

Avoid this company.

Awful - Avoid them at all costs

An absolutely awful experience with this company. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for a refund on a backpack which they confirmed they received on 01/12/2025. horrified by how bad this company is

I’m actually horrified by how bad this experience has been. I ordered the Stohl-550 backpack back on Jan 5th and paid extra for Premium Delivery. It’s now Jan 17th, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it but a massive chain of "copy-paste". On Jan 7th, tracking claimed the delivery failed because the "business was closed." This is a residential flat. I was home all day. No one buzzed, no one called, and no one left a card. When I pushed back, Evri eventually admitted they just "missed the connection." So, the initial excuse was a total lie.

Dealing with Wolph’s customer service is like being stuck in a glitch. Every time I ask for a straight answer, I get the same script:

"It’s been escalated internally."

"Wait 6–9 hours for an update." (Spoiler: The update never comes).

"Allow a few more hours."

I was promised delivery by Monday the 12th "at the latest." That day came and went. Then I was told it would definitely be sorted "within the week." It’s now the weekend, and they are still "investigating."

Wolph is happy to take your money for premium shipping, but when their courier fails, they just hide behind repetitive reassurances and zero action. I’ve told them I’m disgusted with this level of service. At this point, I don’t even want the "escalation" anymore, I want the bag I paid for or my money back.

Avoid them unless you enjoy being told your own front door is 'closed' while you're standing right behind it.

Products sent directly from aliexpress

I wish I could leave zero stars. The product was sent directly from aliexpress and we paid $57 au rather than $5 or something which the exact same product was on Ali. We bought from Wolph as we thought we were getting a legitimate product. This item was literally sent directly from China where it was manufactured and sent directly to us and I'm so angry we paid so much money when I could have had the same thing for $5. Scam company. I have pictures of what I was supposed to receive and what was sent but for some reason trustpilot doesn't let me add photos. Happy for anybody to contact me directly and I'll send photos of what I thought I was getting vs what I got.
