If I could put 0 star I would. Worst worst worst company ever. They will deliver your food 1h30 late and cold and will compensate you with 1,5€ 😂😂😂😂 and just keep sending you hearts and spaceships, it’s like talking to 4 years old. How annoying is that! The absolute WORST!

Delivery time is awful

Delivery time is awful. Have had delivery by Wolt through them directly and by second hand from MAX.
My food hasn't been deliverd lower than after an hour. Always more than double the expected time.

I get this message after trying to contact about the lack of an order. Luckily it was a small order and the courier just ate it. I was robbed by the Wolt company and I don't even know how to complain because contacting Wolt is contacting a robot. Never again this crap. I advise against it to everyone

thieves and fraudsters. be careful



This is what scammers tell me about taking money and not delivering food on time. I ordered food for October 19 and the food fraudster didn't arrive and I couldn't wait any longer for the food (about 1 hour and 20 minutes) - in response to my complaint, Wolt writes as follows...

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
Your food will not arrive and they will
Claim the restaurant called you but show no proof even if you have proof that it never came and all the calls you made to the restaurant.

Please stay away and order bolt/ Deliveroo or literally any other delivery app. I’ve never had such a bad experience. No food and they will give you not refund.

It's An Overpriced Con

Keeps trying to push the benefits of Wolt+ but when I asked why they still charge a service fee, the agent dodged the question.

Be aware they have some ugly tricks to…

Be aware they have some ugly tricks to scam you, they come 1 hour late with cold food, credits your account and then your account is disabled totally awful company ethics. They also have false systems saying that debit card transaction failed if the order is too small or if you want to use your credits for their mistake. Avoid at all costs!

The worst experience!!

We’ve had worst experience two nights ago. We ordered some food. And they delivered food after one hour and 40 minutes later which the estimated delivery time from beginning was about 20-30 minutes.
We didn’t have the option to cancel the order. The support staff were hard to reach and rude.
We had to go and buy some food because we were starving and couldn’t wait anymore, delivery time was just extending all the time! They didn’t give us the money back and just gave us a voucher for 80 kr! :))))

Hit or miss. Won't order again

I have had do many issues with Wolt. I had a food delivery that only half of the order showed up and the other half was missing. The half that showed up was incorrect and I couldn't eat it because they didn't follow the instructions (dietary issues) I contacted wolt and they refunded me the charges for the food but not the service fee or delivery!!!! So I paid 89 kr for not being able to eat anything.i reordered with a different restaurant and it too was messed up.
Delivery timing with grocery delivery is never accurate. Yesterday I actually received someone else's order. I realized before the delivery guy had left and I stopped him and he said he couldn't do anything. Contacted customer service, but by the time they were actually going to have the order resent out I received a new order from foodora delivery. They continually mess things up, send food that is not the best quality and they will refund the money, but that doesn't fix the fact that I still needed the items I ordered. I have asked if there's a way to get a discount for the inconvenience and they just say they can't do that. I will not order from them again. Have tried many times, hoping the issues were getting better, but unfortunately it's so hit or miss that it cannot be relied on. Cancelled my wolt plus...and deleted the app

They fool you with advertisement and…

They fool you with advertisement and when you order you see they add costs and showing details which werent showed in the advertisement.

Seems robotic and not understanding you if you take the time to make contact with their "support".

I liked the service but the first time i wanted support the support was very lacking sadly.

Driver stole the food

Driver stole the food, claimed it was delivered. Then when I complained - the customer service lied and claimed the food was left outside the door to our apartment complex. But we checked as soon as we got notified of the delivery and no one was there.
Then the customer service person claimed the delivery guy was tired. But why was he driving if he was sleepy?! How is that an excuse?!
Then when we complained about the 2 hour delivery time and the customer service person blaimed the traffic, yet traffic jams are not common in our city. So lies after lies after lies. There’s no justice in this world.

Oh but the trouble didn’t end there. After 3 hours we finally get the replacement food, but what?! It’s missing half the items. 1/2 menus. So I insist on that they deliver again, now for the third time. And what do you know, on hour 4 we get another faulty delivery. How embarrassing. Thanks Wolt. After all of this. They don’t even want to refund the full order and only the missing items.

Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered food from a restaurant that turned out to not even exist at all lol. Then their customer support is pretty impossible to contact.

Quite trash, def sticking to Uber Eats or Lieferando

Extremely dodgy company making false claims and refusing reimbursement for ruined order

Wrong item was received in the order, which I promptly reported to Wolt support right away. Their wait time estimate was "a few minutes". I would have been happy with just a refund of the incorrect item, but since I'm not sure how resolution was supposed to go and found nothing about what the customer should do here, I did not eat the rest of the food while waiting for their response. I let them know this in my initial messages.

Their estimate of "a few minutes" ended up being almost an hour, at which point they offered to reimburse me for just the wrong item in "Wolt credits". I informed them that the food is now completely cold and soggy, and that I would like a full refund (and not in "Wolt credits").

They said that their "guidelines" mean they only reimburse for the incorrect item, as opposed to the spoilage of food while waiting for Wolt support's response. I asked them to point me to the guidelines where the consumer is guided as to what to do with an incorrect order. These guidelines failed to materialize, leading me to believe they do not exist.

As a consumer, I did what seemed like the safest thing when reporting an issue with a product I received: not use/consume the product while waiting for resolution.

Wolt's lack of clear instructions as to what the consumer should do in this situation coupled with their delayed response times resulted in spoilage of the order. Their claim of "guidelines" appears purposefully misleading, because the guidelines could not be provided. Due to Wolt's unethical business practices and misleading statements, I deleted my account. Ironically, I got a marketing newsletter from them just a few minutes later. I will be following up within 30 days to confirm all of my data has been deleted from the platform as per the consumer's right to be forgotten.

AVOID: Stealing money for cold food

Wolt Sweden: Completely useless customer service - Sandra sends me generic answers over and over again when I ask questions. The food arrived from 10 mins away and is ICE COLD. How is it possible? Did someone store it near ice cream? Then they refuse to take responsibility and refuse to compensate. If it was at a restaurant it would be sent back and either replaced or money returned. Wolt is just stealing consumer money, save your money and order from another delivery service.
