I pay by credit card and all seems fine but then for some reason the credit card payment is later on declined and instead of bizfilings contacting to to sort this out so i can confirm to my bank that this is a proper payment they just cancel my order and place me in a difficult position having to redo the whole
Process. This is not good pratice.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I went through state filings for an LLC and this is the company that charged me. I had my card info in until I had a feeling this website was a scam because of the price for a boi. I tried to exit out and they charged me almost $400 even though I exited out and never authorized payment. They also charged for extra fees that were not even mentioned. DOTN USE THIS WEBSITE!!
