Poor quality for exorbitant prices. A refund made in half

I ordered 3 swimsuits for a total of €195 which are of poor quality, equivalent to SHEIN quality, super cheap quality. Not counting €17 shipping costs and if you want to make a return it is also at your expense. It is unacceptable to pay more than €200 for this. And they don't even reimburse you for their shipping costs. To banish, these are SHEIN quality polyester clothes sold much more expensive. The sizes are not even correct and it is not indicated when a product is small. Don't order from them.

Not possible to return my items

I have tried to return my items to the webshop, and I managed to create the return at the shop, but there is no return label or information about where to ship the items.
I have written to the support email several times without getting any answers.
