3 recommended hotels said that they were not a part of the Wonderbox scheme and would not accept our reservation.
We eventually had to go to a hotel outside the city which was nice if a bit dated.

We bought wonderbox like a gift 2 times - the first one was for my bestie and she is satisfied with her excursion to the Wine factory. But the second one was with the hotels - stay and relax for few days, and we chose it for ourselves. The number of hotels was not related to the mentioned quontity on the box. Each time hotels asked to add extra night - and to pay extra, others hotels sent requirments that not possible to use the Wonderbox during the summer time and season. So if you suggest such gift boxes be sure that hotels will not charge customers extra night ar will be available at the season somewhen - because for me is strange that the hotel has free rooms to book on the booking but with wonderbox - not possible.

Our experience has been terrible. What an annoying gift to manage!
We exchanged it for a stay in the hotel La casa del Patriarca in Valencia but it's been months the hotel has been giving us all sorts of excuses to never confirm the booking! It's been months!!! In the wonderbox site our reservation is shown as "used" and terminated. But we never stayed in the hotel. And I keep writing and calling them... And getting frustrated, with no resolution.
On the other hand, wonderbox replies to my emails with copy and paste answers that have nothing to do with my case. And there is no human response in the call center.

Te piden suplemento y mínimo de días en la mayoría de hoteles. Y muchos en verano no te Dan opción.

Eventually we managed to book a weekend away for my wife’s Special Birthday. Currently enjoying the weekend in Broto Aragon Spain. A special place and a wonderful hotel . Thank you for making this possible.

I had a great massage in a very nice spa. Would consider to buy Wonderbox again as a gift.

Disaster. Not willing to help. Our voucher expired we were kindly asking for prolongation due to the situation as family we have been through but the agent refused to help, cold heart. I will make sure people I know wont buy, and I wont use them neither, I used to buy for Christmas Birthday but not anymore. They just lost a client who bought often.

I got wonderbox voucher for my birthday (1 night ) and I love it. So many options to choose. We went to Casas Cuevas Almagruz Purullena and it was outstanding :)

Horrible. Nos a costado más de 10 intentos que te acepten en un hotel. En cuanto dices que vas por wonderbox todo son problemas .

We were satisfied with Wonderbox, though the hotel Yomo Eureka in Andorra could have been better because they gave us the cheapest room that they have. We'll definitely use Wonderbox again!

The apartment was in a beautiful location and had all the basic things needed to have an enjoyable time. Wifi was weak and there were not enough bathroom accessories but the place was clean and comfortable.

It should never expire. I got it as a gift in December 2019. 2020 pandemic. 2021 pregnant. In 2022 I move to live in another country. I have proof of everything. March 2023 gift expires. The gift in the trash. I have to work, I have two kids, there's a pandemic, I moved... and on top of that I had to be on the lookout to renew the gift before it expires..... I don't want a gift like this anymore, I don't want it and I won't give it, because in the end you put the other person in a compromise. How am I going to tell the person who gave it to me that his money is going in the trash?
No me respondas una frase políticamente correcta, porque cuando he enviado un email a calidad y me respondieron en menos de una hora, ya sabían que no me iban a solucionar el problema. Encima, me tratáis de estupida… horrible el servicio de wonderbox, sobretodo cuando hay algún problema…

¡¡¡¡ESTAFA!!!! No compren estos packs, ni wonderbox ni similares, son todos estafas y cualquier experiencia te sale más cara que si vas sin estos packs

Find Wonderbox annoying to use. It holds on to any money in the account. Even if there is a small balance it’s not released to use for upgrading a stay to a second night. You can check a comodatuon availability prior to using the wonderbox package when you want to book a particular date. Many hotels say that no longer accept Wonderbox. Etc etc
