Automates system says it'll put me through to someone, then immediately after says it can't and that an agent will call back as soon as they're free. Apparently yesterday the whole team were in a meeting. Still having the same issues today. Not professional by any stretch of the imagination.

Also getting the same problem on their complaints line too, they must be joining the other team on this same meeting which started yesterday 🤷‍♂️

I have Parkinson's and raised quite a lot in money in 2022 using Just Giving but I became increasingly unhappy with the amount that company was creaming off from credit card payments and gift aid
For my fundraising in 2023 I decided to look a company which charged much less and were not driven by profit making and found wonderful.org who were as their title dictates absolutely wonderful and best of all were absolutely free of charges

They helped me devise a charity page and over 3 months I raised slightly more than £6,500 with gift aid

Not being able to use credit cards is perhaps a little less convenient but people soon pick up how to use the account to account system that wonderful employs

This also covers those in your family who do not use app based banking or online accounts as some member of their family will be able to make their contribution for them

The few hiccups I had with the fundraising were mainly of my own making and Kieron and the staff at wonderful were fantastic throughout and I will have no hesitation using them again in 2025 when I embark on my next fundraising adventure
