Our trip to Greece was like a dream come true. Sheena was 10/10 the best to work with. I would have been so lost planning this trip on my own. She booked the best places to stay, best restaurants to eat in, best attractions and shopping. Everything was perfect! Now we are deciding where our next trip will be and Sheena/Wonderluxe Travel will be booking it for us!
Highly recommend them.

I was very lucky to have won a 5 night stay in Mykonos through Wonderluxe Travel.
The two hotels included were 5* and they really were top hotels.
Breakfast, flights and transfers were also included and Sheena at Wonderluxe did a fantastic job at arranging everything which ran nice and smoothly.
We had a wonderful time so thank you Sheena. I feel very lucky to have won and it was good to have everything organised for us. I highly recommend.

Joanne helped make the weekend really memorable by optimising flight times, finding and booking a great hotel (close to city centre) and arranging three-day train passes. I will definitely use Wonderluxe again as they always deliver excellent customer focus and service

We used Wonderluxe for the first time for our recent trip to South America and we were very very impressed by the level of service provided by the team.
Throughout the design phase of what turned out to be a 5 centre holiday based over 16 days and 2 countries (Peru and Ecuador) we recieved great insights and guidance to help us create a bespoke holiday that exactly matched our requirements.
Whilst we were on holiday, the in-country teams were amazing - providing an elevated level of service that made us feel like royalty.
All the locations, tours and activities were first class and helped contribute to making this one of best, maybe even the best, holiday we’ve ever had (and we have a lot of holidays!).

We wanted to use a luxury travel agent for our honeymoon, and Wonderluxe did not disappoint. Joanne helped us plan and organise our dream honeymoon within our provided budget. Her advice and knowledge helped shape the honeymoon better than we would have planned it ourselves. She was always very organised, making sure everything was sorted, and even checking us in and getting us our preferred seats on the plane. There were lots of little touches which helped make it really special too (private transfers, informing the hotels of the occasion etc.). It was also really good to be given a single point of contact within the company. We unfortunately had an issue with one of our transfers not turning up, and Joanne has been very helpful in sorting it for us.

They helped with booking flights, checking in on time, ensuring we had our desired seats. Everything was smooth and had fantastic access to their concierge team to check in on anything.

Was truly a great and magical holiday of a lifetime I always dreamt off
The Maldives certainly lived up ti the beautiful beaches and rooms you see
The only disappointment was lack of English food , I had an upset belly for 5 days
And the entertainment was the same every night for the whole 10 days
After the singers was a girl DJ. Which are not like DJs anymore. Just pressing buttons on a computer and The music was more for youngers and to be fae people was more Middle Aged and older
The people management are staff was all so happy helpful and friendly

Superb service from Sheena and her team. Lovely Holiday over Xmas enjoyed in Lanzarote which was made simple with no stress as I was really busy work wise on the run up to Xmas.

I have already touched base to get Sheena draft some proposals for the next one.

Joanne at Wonderluxe Travel was the best! She was incredibly helpful and organized everything very well for us. She was happy to make any changes we wanted from the original layout of the trip , picked great hotels, organized transportation perfectly, and was just a pleasure to deal with. Made our trip which had multiple destinations A LOT easier and less stressful than trying to organize on our own! We told her just a general idea of what we wanted on this vacation and she was able to recommend the right countries and cities which we have not been to. Our trip was amazing.

Sheena and her team produced an excellent package for our holiday, and took away much of the stress of planning and undertaking our trip. During our time away they were always on hand to answer any questions or resolve any issues. We would be very happy to use Wonderluxe again and would happily recommend them to others.

From start to finish Joanne as always arranged everything for us, checked us onto our flights, making sure we’re all seated together, complimentary drinks on the flight and even a bottle of champagne upon arrival at our hotel.
Joanne even found time to arrange some tricky dinner reservations.

I travelled to Croatia for a big birthday and Joanne booked the flights and transfers. She was super helpful and efficient, and I appreciated her navigating through the multitude of flight options and baggage arrangements. I haven't used a travel agent for a long time but Joanne's service reminded me that it's always a good idea to work with an expert!

Joanne has been organising our business travel for about a year. This service makes life so much easier and allows the team to focus on our goals when traveling rather than worrying about checking in or last minute changes to plans. Joanne has fixed various problems we have encountered with visas / flight delays that could have been disastrous but Joanne sorted at all times of day / days of the week.
