The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY! Their customer service is nonexistent! There’s no phone number, no live chat, they don’t respond to emails inquiries a timely manner and if you have an issue, there’s no way to cancel an order prior to shipping. Do yourself a favor and NEVER ORDER from this company. If you must order do it via Amazon so you can have actual customer service if there’s an issue.
I booked and paid for the Wonderskin Skinsider subscription for my products. I got nothing of what I was promised: I was neither reimbursed for shipping costs nor did I receive the 20% discount on this or subsequent orders. Customer service was endlessly unresponsive to my complaint, and then I was fobbed off with excuses. I also didn't receive the requested refund for the expensive membership. Bottom line: If you don't receive the product you paid for, it's a scam. Just read all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, then: Stay away!
