Wondrwall Powrplan Home Battery.


After learning about the new strategy to support homeowners in purchasing home energy storage, I was immediately impressed by Wondrwall’s Powrplan offering. I submitted my home’s technical details and photos within a few days of the official launch.
The ability to store excess solar generation without any upfront cost made the solution particularly appealing. Additionally, the inclusion of free installation, DNO application, and a full 10-year package covering support, maintenance, and warranty provides real confidence in what is ultimately a long-term investment.

I had a number of technical questions, particularly as I was exploring the option of installing the system in my detached garage alongside my existing solar and inverter setup. I appreciate that the team has been extremely busy with enquiries, so I fully understand the response times. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mark, Toby, Ali, and James for their detailed and patient support throughout—I’m sure my volume of questions was no small task.

I would also like to thank the wider team for honouring the original Powrplan pricing from the time of my application. With my contract now signed and submitted for DNO approval, I look forward to the next stages.

Finally, I wish Wondrwall every success going forward and hope to see the platform continue to evolve, particularly in line with advancements in technology and dynamic energy pricing.

Brilliant tech support

Helpful guidance from Tech support

So far very good. Tech support replied promptly, clarified a number of queries I had, and helped me understand what is needed so that my setup is ‘Wondrwall ready’ for their engineers to proceed with an install.
I am proceeding now with the order.

Helpful staff

I've had some problems with wonderwall over the years. But now the app and all the appliances work very well thanks to Toby and the team's help and guidance. Toby was quick to respond and kindly gave me a call to help me set things up when I had issues. Thank you very much!

I honestly can’t praise Wondrwall…

I honestly can’t praise Wondrwall enough. From day one, their customer service, IT support, and engineers have gone above and beyond to support and maintain my new Echo House energy system.

No matter the time or the day, there is always a real person at the end of the phone — someone who listens, reassures, and actually takes ownership of any issue. That level of personal support is incredibly rare these days and makes all the difference.

What I appreciate most is that they completely understand that not everyone is an IT or electronics whizz (certainly not me!). They explain everything clearly, patiently, and in plain language that I can genuinely understand — never rushed, never condescending.

It’s reassuring to know the system is backed by a team who truly care, are highly knowledgeable, and are always there when needed. Outstanding service from a company that clearly puts people first.

Highly recommended.

Intelligent integrated system

Intelligent integrated lighting , security and heating system, takes a bit getting used to, quite efficient and hassle free once in place. Excellent direct customer support line for any assistance 7/24/365 (took care of me on Christmas evening). Future upgrades are exciting.
