The previous reviewer is correct. Wondrwood.com company is a scam! I ordered three glass jars with acacia tops, and they sent two and then proceeded to ignore me when I asked for them to either send a third or refund me the difference, including the shipping.

Company is a scam. I've placed an order for a pen holder, and the item I received is not only different to the description on their website (thicker finish, different height), it also arrived damaged inside. Additionally, the website says it's handmade but the item I received had consignee information on it which suggests drop shipping. I've contacted them 2x but have not received a response. I've also filed a complaint via Shopify but instead of resolving, the complaint is sent directly to Wondrwood but I've also not received a response despite 2 weeks waiting. Stay away from them.
