I have booked a studio in Delft for a year. After payment I approached to landlord in order to sign a contract. He took my passport ID data, but didn't provide a contract. He got irritated, used rude language and forced the system administrator to cancel my booking. So housinganywhere.com didn't refunded me money paid for first rent.
