While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. New tool, but already a game-changer for our hiring

We started using Wonka pretty recently and I just had to share - this tool is something else. Even though it's new on our radar, the impact was immediate: the AI Ranking cut our screening time from days to minutes, and we finally stopped drowning in resumes. The dashboard gives us completion rates, candidate quality, and time-saved metrics at a glance, which makes reporting to leadership effortless. I rarely leave reviews, but the experience has been so good I couldn't not shout about it. Highly recommend to any HR team looking to modernise screening.
