Not trustworthy company. Don't hire them.

After sending something like 10 emails and a phone call, no one showed up to the FIRST ever call. Decided to not go with them.

Service given pretty late and coach did not seem prepared when service was given. This is not worth the price they are advertising. Use other service.

I've took a bundle for 1000usd and the person who talked with me she told that if you don't get a job in 4 months you will get full refund. I've also sent that screenshot to refund team. But they are saying that you are not eligible for this refund. I don't understand why. If you guys apply for jobs on my behalf and i do not get interview call it is not my problem. That is your problem. Please do not use this people. Garbage product. No team. Very late response time. Just know how to send emails instead of working. feels like playing email email like children. They have no team. Product made by outsourcing. Really worst experience. The guy who seated to apply for job he don't know anything. I have to tell him the same thing again and again. I also feels like they got fake responses on trust pilot too. Lots of people are doing trust pilot review for 500usd. Everything is fake. Do not use wonsulting or check their founder content on linkedin it just for fake marketing to attract people and get their money and change refund policy.

I recently had a consultation call, but unfortunately, the experience felt more like a sales pitch for their package (interview coaching, CV preparation, etc.) rather than a genuine discussion about my career needs.

When I asked specific questions about their experience working with candidates in the hospitality industry, the agent appeared to agree with everything without providing clear or credible details. When prompted for concrete examples of successful placements or case studies, they were unable to share any and did not follow up with supporting information via email as mentioned during the call.

Additionally, I never received any follow-up communication after the consultation, which further raised concerns about the credibility of their claims.

Martin was very good at getting my profile and resume up to date. He was very patient and thorough and ensured that I had all the tools I needed to be prepared to land a job. I’m happy with the experience.

interview prep site doesnt load at all. the bullet points are very unrealistically framed and so easy to spot that u have used AI. i couldnt practice my interviews and some other features are not working/giving me error message.

I’ve followed Wonsulting’s Jonathan and Jerry on Social media since COVID. They’ve helped me how to write a proper resume from what and how to write under experience section in terms of which wording should be used. I also got lots advices in cover letter too, what to write and what not to write. Finally, they have quite a bit of content on how to write a cold message to a hiring manager and they emphasize on how important networking is to land an offer. I’ve followed their guide and landed my first software developer job, I’ve met them in person by luck during my trip and I was honored to meet someone who helped me land a job and we’ve talked quite a bit when we met up too.

Terrible service. They had no idea about my field (pharmaceutical) and they didn't even do the bare minimum to learn about it. They just put your details in AI and doesn't even look if it's right or not. You have chatgpt for that completely free. The CV building, and autoapply have been a failure. The CV they made for me has no connection with what I do. The jobs in the autoapply did not match my qualifications or preferences. I raised issues multiple times and they just blew it off and asked me to compromise on my preferences. I registered a formal complaint in their customer service and I haven't heard back in 1.5 months. Very disappointing.
Update: It has been 3 months since my complaint, and I still have not received a satisfactory response from them. They are telling me all my services have been provided during the 20-MINUTE session I had with my agent when I purchased the bundle.

This was not even remotely helpful of a service. Chat GPT produces better, real cover letters for free. The resume builder did nothing useful, AND only exports to a PDF, which is absolutely ridiculous, and then you can change or adjust any formatting.
I had cancelled my subscription, but somehow it billed me again - a service, mind you, I haven't used since the first week of paying, and they won't refund you. Absolutely the worst customer service and tool.
I have never written a Trustpilot review, as even though some situations I have dealt with have less than ideal outcomes, this one I found so wrong. I didn't want a guaranteed refund, as I do understand now why that is not offered, just for the one month, since I very much recall cancelling the service. They claim they can't refund you when they can, they just choose not to.
