I purchased a shopping trolley a year ago for my grandchildren who were 1 at the time.
I realised they were too small so decided to keep it for their 2nd birthday.
When I finally opened the box last week a wooden slat was missing.
I contacted Terry at Wood and Wonder and even though a year had passed they managed to get me the missing piece.
The service was brilliant. Prompt replies to my emails and all done very courtesly. I cannot thank them enough for all they've done.

Excellent quality bike and simple to put together.
it was slightly smaller than I was expecting, my son is 17months and when he tries to scoot along in trike mode It is as if the back wheels are in the way of his feet for him to get any momentum, even when the seat was at its highest setting.
I felt the design could have been made a bit bigger or longer possibly.. I think he will be onto two wheels sooner rather than later and then there is no issue.

Trike arrived in record time. Easy to assemble and an attractive product, nice not to have another load of plastic. Seems excellent value for money. 17 month grandson who is quite small needs help to get on it and prefers walking it to riding it! duh... but I daresay as he grows he'll use it in a more orthodox fashion. Good purchase.
