The product and the website are both very great. I love my surfskate.
But the delivery was 6 days late, without update information about the delay.
When I emailed wooddetail my mails did not get through because the address was not reachable and when I reached out on Instagram I never got a reaction. So over all; product perfect, but delivery, information updates and customer contact not good at all

This is more than just a delay in shipping or bad quality.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding a recent incident involving a product purchased from your skateshop. I was particularly enthusiastic about supporting a local skateshop rather than an international brand and opted for the Lacanau 32". The quality of your products, including my board are good.

Regrettably, while riding on a designated bike lane facing car, and transitioning to the sidewalk, my board broke apart. The front truck and associated components dissociated from my board merely 30 seconds after navigating near oncoming cars.

This incident, which occurred due to what appears to be a failure in the assembly process, has raised serious safety concerns. This failure has not only compromised the integrity of the board but also jeopardized my personal safety, as I found myself in a precarious situation facing moving traffic.

Furthermore, they do not even have the decency to reply either to my mail or instagram while posting on it.

Way to important incident to be ignored. This is not the vibes of the skate community and puts shame on all the local skateshops worldwide.

Update 14/03. Old parts were put on my board after taking it apart. I do not recommend. The bearings are bad quality and the old boards I have are way better.

I placed an order in the beginning of October 2023. One month passed and after numerous times that I tried to contact them I got answer that my package got lost and I will receive refund. It’s been almost 2 months since that and I still don’t have my money back. I write them every day, on every platform I could find, but again no answer.

Unfortunately this was my last purchase and I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this page.

The service and the information and the order are very Professional.

Fast delivery, the case looks super cool and very rough. Definitely a great protection for my phone.

Really bad customer service. I have a problem with the phone case I purchased from Wooddetail. I emailed and texted them about the problem, all with photos of the problem. But no response.

I got my phone case, without any information or bill, to all my regret was the phone case not usable for my phone the case did not fit on my phone the buttons did not lineup with the buttons of my phone as did the camera cutout.

After sending a mail 1 Week ago, i did not hear back from wooddetail about my problems with there product.

Bought a phone case and an airpod case, I love them both! The quality of the products is good and they look so stylish. Shipment to Finland was fast! I would recommend Wooddetail to my friends, because it's so unique!

Really fast shipping, the board looks a bit different than on the pictures, but it could come from the settings of my screens. It was really well packed and protected with foam on the edges, but had a few scratches anyway. No big deal, it will only get worse :) So far satisfied with the service amd the board.

I have had the product now for a week, I've taken it to a pump track, the common near me and a huge downhill car park down in Woolacombe.

I love the product and would recommend it to anyone that Surfs!

Takes a bit of time to get used to it but within a day you will have the hang of it.

Hoping to take it travelling with me to bail, Tahiti & Costa Rica and I can't wait.

Very disappointed with this as was a Xmas present for my daughter. Numerous emails, messages sent to wooden detail and DPD, 2 months and still haven’t received or got a refund. Not exactly wooddetails fault but they didn’t do anything to rectify the problem and still haven’t.
Not happy

Great board, ride it in the bowl and really like the shape and the concave 👍
