Ordered this item from eBay originally priced £175, item arrived late and nothing like the description or pictures at all. Poor quality, not the wood stated, no lacquer or varnish and not hand made just a mass produced set which can be purchased on Amazon for £79. Through out poor communications, had to chase for tracking and now have to return and battle for refund. Buyer beware, avoid this seller.
Took my order on June 6th. Payment for the order taken straight away. 2 months later no delivery. Tried to contact them on their own site and by telephone, left messages. No reply - money gone! - still no delivery nd no contact from them.

You took my money, waited days, then told me you couldn't send a set to USA. You said you would refund my money you shouldn't have taken in the first place. I waited and waited. Finally weeks later I email a request for my money. You said you thought it had been refunded, but there had been a glitch and you would resend my money.
If you don't ship to USA, set your system to refuse USA addresses so no one else has to go thru this!!
Why is a retired HR Manager having to tell you how to do business correctly??
