Never got the puzzles, never got the money back. Would recommend not to order something here.

Much smaller than I anticipated and definitely over priced. It took forever for it to arrive (3 months) and only after I made contact with the company. It appears that your ordering from the US but then you realize it is being shipped from China. I will NEVER order anything I see on Facebook again...this experience soured me.

This is a unique product to be sure. However, when I received it several parts of the puzzle had not been appropriately cut and I had to damage several pieces in order separate them. I do not appreciate this lack of attention to detail.

You’re criminals, illegally copying Unidragon intellectual property and pretending it’s your artwork. Shame on you.

This is the most difficult puzzle I have ever done. Because the pieces do not lock into each other - every single time you add a piece the entire puzzle adjusts slightly. So one is CONSTANTLY gently having to reshape the pieces in place. Frustrating and not at all satisfying. I will say the end result does look beautiful.

It took about 2 months to received the puzzles. However the service was quick, very kind and helpful.

Very happy with my second order. Recommanded. Just consider that the pieces are small but really beautiful.

Had to resend the order after a couple of weeks, the second order came after a few days.

I contacted company when first puzzle was missing two pieces. The response was polite and immediate. I was sent a new puzzle at no cost to me. Very good customer service. Puzzle was great too !

After waiting forever to receive it, I put it together to find a piece missing. They did send me another puzzle which, may or may not, have all the pieces. I'm not interested or motivated to put it together after already doing it.

Very beautiful. A couple of pieces had small broken parts. Took much longer than told to receive it. But once I got it I really enjoyed making the puzzle.

Love the puzzles and appreciate the great service. Had a piece missing and they sent me a brand new puzzle!

Disappointed when the puzzle never arrived in time for a birthday gift in Feb, but after I contacted you you sent another that came very quickly, immediately followed by the first one. One took about 8 week second one about 2.
When I let you know that they’d both arrived, and how to send one back, as only address was to China, you said to keep it!!
I have just found out another friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has started doing puzzles, so guess who is going to receive it?

The puzzle is amazing and the customer service is incredible! They are quick to reply and helped my puzzle arrive quickly! Will buy again!

I bought two of these puzzles, the chameleon and the fish and I’m amazed at the designs and the clever designs of the individual pieces. I highly recommend these for puzzle fans or for those interested in something a bit different. I’m so glad I made the purchase.
