I never received my order but they charged my credit card. Now it has been weeks I’ve been trying to get someone to get back to me to get my money back. No answers. Do not fall for this scam.

Quality and functionality combined. These puzzles are works of art!! I purchased 2 for each of the kids and they were so excited to see how cool these are and didn't want to put them away and insisted they start them right after Christmas dinner. The folks really did a great job getting all of them to me before the holiday. I will definitely purchase again!!

I bought the marble run roller coasters as a gifts for my adult sons. They were absolutely thrilled.

Agree that this is a scam. No tracking info. no delivery, and no responses to email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was concerned that it may be difficult for me because I am 62 and my hands tend to shake. But it was no problem.
Following the instructions was really easy. The design and materials were very impressive and easy to use.
I just placed another order for 4 more. Can't wait til they arrive.

Bought "Goliath the Giant Roller Coaster" for our grandson's birthday. He broke two pieces and I have made multiple attempts to "buy"replacement parts. Wooden Town does not/will not respond. Customer service is NON EXSISTENT. Don't waste your money buying from this company. Also bought the 3D Pinball puzzle and wish to return it, but again no customer service. And as other reviewers have stated Wooden Town is a reseller, go direct to the manufacture and get real customer service along with a cheaper price.

Love these puzzles! I've had so much fun putting these together. My fingers hurt. = ) I have 2 marble runs, the zodiac clock, the time machine calander, the train and the solar system. LOVE THEM ALL

I was having a hard time finding unique kits to build. I build everything from tiny metal models to very large balsa planes and ships. Wooden town kits are a real blast to put together and actually see them work. I especially like the clocks, trains, and the roller coaster series.
The customer service is above and beyond. My orders are always promptly filled and shipped, and I can track them every step of the way.
Hats off to the Wooden town team!

I love the product. Delivery time is fast and the quality of the product is high. I enjoy building things like this so much. I like putting in the work and enjoy seeing the outcome. I have purchased around 6 of these so far to get me throught the cold winter when I am stuck inside. Quality company.

The order came quickly (as was written) and was undamaged. The instructions were easy to follow.The ratings were accurate (easy, medium, hard). Altogether, it was a good experience for an 11 year old girl with a parent beside her.

Earlier comments are accurate. This company is a ripoff. They sell other mfg's products for jacked up prices, and, in my case, have not responded at all to my requests for a refund (made in accordance with their policy.) Their website suggests excellent reviews. That must be BS, but I did not see these reviews before ordering. As others have said, buyer beware!

They just resell other peoples products for double the money, while making it seem like they make them. Their so called "return policy" is a scam. They make you return the product to somewhere really far away and you have to insure it, so that it costs about the same to return the product as it does to buy it, which is way too much money in the first place, so the end result is there is not a return policy, basically. Just a round about way of scamming people without actually breaking the law.

They seem like they put more time and money into paying lawyers to figure out how to get away with being deceptive and dishonest, then actually building a real business. I was lazy and didn't bother googling them, so I got to read reviews like this one after I realized I got duped. I bought the train with tender for $100 CDN and didn't read the fine print, so to speak. It arrived and the package is about the size of my hand and 3/4 of an inch thick lol. When you have to read the fine print like you're entering into a complex business deal and all you're doing is buying a wooden toy, you know something must be wrong with the people you're dealing with.

Just buy the product directly from Rokr or whoever the ACTUAL company is that makes them from their sites or from Amazon. Oh, and they were advertising that if you buy three, the third is %70 off; scam, scam , scam. What you'll find when you're in the checkout is that the %70 discount won't apply to the third product. The people running this show are dishonest at best, and they have spent all their time making themselves seem like something they are not. They're basically just a marketing company with no ethics or conscience. That's why they don't have reviews enabled on Google or Facebook. I'm sure there are more things to uncover. Read the other reviews online, buy off Amazon or from your local craft store if there still is one where you live.

The items never arrived, it's a scam!

While waiting for my order to arrive, I discovered the identical item for sale at a Wood Craft store near me for less than half the price. When my order arrived, I decided to send it back as there was a 100% money back guarantee. What I found out was that to get my refund, I'd have to send the package back to Germany, insured at my expense even though it was sent from California. I don't trust these shysters enough to send it back and expect a refund to my credit card. I'll eat the $89. and warn everyone I know to stay away from Wooden-Town.com

I ordered 3 items. The metal train, the metal hercules and one of the roller coasters. All arrived quickly and undamaged. The boxes were sealed shut. I am about to order the zodiac clock for my granddaughter.

my package came up missing and I and ups sent paperwork to wooden-town and they never sent it back to ups. when i email wooden-town they told me they will check on the paperwork and get back to me, i have heard nothing.

Beware do not I repeat do not order from them. The shipping company they use is not reputable and stole our package. The rep even told me he doesn't work there anymore. I tried to get wooden town to help and they said they can't do anything to help. That they advised it was delivered. The picture shown was not the correct address and not the package that supposed to be delivered. This is a scam company and they stole over 200.00 from me. We are taking legal action next. I guess they think it's not illegal to steal from customers. Total scam stay away. I'm out now 200.00 with not a care or remorse from them. The worst service in 40 years that I have ordered from.
