The watch is beautiful I give them that! But the closure is really placed the wrong way. Every time my husband bends his wrist the watch comes unlatched and opens up. It took me 3 months to get the extra link in the mail after at least 1 month of getting the payment situation figured out. I put an extra link on his watch… same problem. I added another link… the watch was too big at that point. He says he will wear it but I know he’s unsatisfied and so am I. That will be the first and LAST watch I ever get from Wood Forest unless they figure out a different way to clasp the watch closed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the LOOK of the watch. Shipping took too long and ordering the extra link was the BIGGEST PAIN EVER!

Ordered and received my multi function watch. Several things have made this a negative experience.
1. No owner’s manual or warranty information was included. When I contacted Customer Service, they said they didn’t have those, that general information could be found on their website. I find it pretty incredible not to have owner’s manual.
2. The watch face says “Woodfit”,
not “Wood Forest”. What is Woodfit?
3. Instructions to change size of watch band were helpful.
4. The watch itself is beautiful. Wish I knew how to operate it.
They advertise to reach to them if there are any issues. When I did, I received zero help.
Buyer Beware!

Ordered two watches on Oct 6th 2021. After being told myorder was a priority they did not send the watches. Late December I received one watch (not even close ro either watch I ordered Despite numerous emails and texts they have failed to fulfill their commitment. To make it even worse they continue to send me info to order more watches. This company is totally a scam and totally garbage. if you want to make a "donation to Woodforest just order some watches from these losers.
They are a piece of garbage company.

If I could say "0" Stars I would. Stay away from this company. They are Thief's. They will take your money and not send to correct items or quantity of item. Ordered 4 watches worth over $115.00 on Oct. 22. They say 1-3 weeks delivery. Automated response for customer service. A package arrived on 18 Dec with only 1 item in it and it was not even one of the watches I ordered. They will not respond to email or texts. Phone number only leads to an automated device stating to text them. No way to get in touch with them. They just ignore any correspondence. Do not trust this lying, cheating company,

They took my money, disabled my online account and never sent merchandise. They don't reply to order status inquiries. Stay far away! They are bad news.
