Woods dehumidifers actually causes mold rather than prevent.
As the filters do not stop particles of human skin(i.e. dust) from passing through, mold forms at an accelerated rate within the coolant coils inside and is a breeding ground, the spores are circulated by the fan into the atmosphere. Woods dehumidifers are not suitable for areas of human habitation. This was an admission by Woods customer services. Buyer be aware is all that customer services advised and blamed me to assert that I caused warranty to be voided. AS ADVISED BY WOODS Their units without hepa filters are not suitable for domestic applications.

Great product that does what it says. Only negative aspect is the price. It is a bit high.

I bought a Geneva humidifier at a reduced price in order for me to review this. The ordering process went smoothly and was easy to do. The humidifier was delivered promptly and safely without any problems.

Woods products have been my go-to for a while now. The technologies used in their products are latest and accommodate for different user needs and requirements which is much appreciated. The products are not noisy, are quiet without compromising on performance. Highly recommend their products.

I've bought a humidifyer from Woods website. It was really easy to make the order and it arrived within a few days, fast delivery. In the past we have also used Woods appliances at my workplace and I think their products are good quality and some are even #1 in tests. I would definitely recommend.

I have used woods dehydrator for many years in my basement
Now I was given a changes through Smartson to try Wood's Geneva HSW90 at a reduced price
It has really improved the indoor climate
My daughter that has a dry skin has complained a lot less after a few days with the hydrator running in here room

I bought a humidifier from them to review, and the whole process was super simple. Their web shop was great, and the delivery was quick.
I don't really have anything else to say about Wood's other than that. I do very much enjoy the Geneva HSW90 that I've been testing, and based on that I can only say good things about the quality of their products as well. It's easy to use, and works really well.

Just a couple of hours after I started the Wood's humifier, the air felt fresher and easier to breathe.
I have tested it both in the bedroom and in the living room.
In the bedroom, which is not that big, the humidity went up from about 30% to 50% quite quickly. In the living room, which is at least twice as big as the bedroom, the humidity went up from about 30% to 40% in auto mode 60%. When I ran it in Turbo mode it managed to get up to 50%, but then the machine became very noisy and immediately when I went back to auto mode it dropped to 40% again.
The instructions were easy to understand and follow.

Since 4 december 2020 i have bought 4 pcs. AD20 Hybrid dehumidifiers. Now only one is still working. So 3 out of 4 pcs. displays Error Code C8. The first one that fails I don’t have anymore.
I still have 2 of the failing units.

My guess is that You have had problems with lockRing proces, or soldering. And afterwards leakage control not properly made.
It is not normal with a failrate on 75%
And, if the last unit fails it Will be 100%

Don't buy their products. They are certainly aware that they have produced a lot of units with defects and therefore do not think they should fix the problem.
Imagine if you had bought a fridge-freezer and the same thing happened.
You would never accept that.
