Dont waste your time with this company and most importantly dont waste your money. On their website they claim a dining table is 'Coming Soon'. Below it says the estimated delivery time is 5+ months away. Some joke. Dont bother to reply to e-mails and their live chat is a waste of space. Damn useless. Timewasters.

Really impressed. Ordered a new kitchen table. Arrived quickly, team also rang to check we are happy.

The delivery was earlier than anticipated but this suited me 100%. There was message anyway for me.
Both Nigel and Alan were courteous and assembled my table with speed and without causing any disturbance whatsoever.
I have bought from and used Woods + delivery service previously and always receive good service.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Leah who dealt with any issues we had is a credit to the company. Thank you once again will definitely use your company again in the future

problems with delivery and the product , the table has started to get worn on the top and they have accused me of doing something it , they are refusing to replace or repair. do not bother , cheaply made.
I am really upset as spent a lot of money on table and chairs.

Don’t bother with this company so disappointed with Service staff and product. It would be easy just go elsewhere you wouldn’t have half as much grief I’m sure

Furniture offered as in the sale but price steadily increasing in last few weeks.
In another case the discount shown as 15% when in fact it is 10%.
Customer service manager took some convincing that this was an error ......
misleading!

Very nice shop in Dorchester and helpful staff. We ordered our furniture after being told that delivery would be in 3-4 weeks well in time for Christmas as it was only October, the assistant even went away to check this timing. However a part of our order arrived after 6 weeks and the rest just this week after 11 weeks causing a problem over Christmas. The terms on Woods invoice states that a 25% deposit is required when ordering but they took the full amount. They also stated that they have “white glove” delivery which did not happen although the delivery guys were very pleasant.
