Your delivery process is painful
Your delivery process is painful. If I am not going to be home I should be able to elect a safe place to leave the parcel and thr courier should be able to take a photo of that place as proof of delivery. 3 attemps and a wasted phone call were needed to be made to deliver my order, and I just happened to be in at the third attempt. This will make me think twice about ordering in the future.
