After having a call with Jamie (the principal) and my IMO rep, we agreed to disagree. Fair enough. Now, we've already discussed the $1000s that I paid in for 2 worthless leads and obviously I cancelled my participation months ago. Look at my surprise email this week:

Lovely. I also got spam-invited about 5 times to more recruiting meetings. New advisors, what quality of leads are these? Can't deliver to a few reps, recruit thousands more. Your risk.
The program has changed dramatically. As a campaign push partnering with Hegna (I still get 3-5 emails and texts a day pitching more recruiting meetings), they are now 100% overselling and underdelivering. Some successful advisors were having success with the program this summer. But IFW began to be oversold in Aug and have recuited hundreds of new advisors to whom they are promising quality leads. I paid thousands (was refunded most) but only received 2 low-quality leads. Before I cancelled, I asked around. Other top-producing ($5M+) advisors told me that they too are very unhappy with the lack of leads delivered to them since August. Buyer beware. It's not what it once may have been!
