Customer service is superb
Customer service is superb. Finding replacement AGA products in the US is impossible. Woodstock Fires, once again, had exactly what I needed and even ordered more half pans for me as they were out of stock. Shipping was faster than expected!

My vermiculite slabs arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. Easy to cut and form to the shape I required. perfect for my gas fire, the originals for which are obsolete and therefore unobtainable.
