Woofz app is helpful training tool
I recently adopted a three year old shelter rescue dog who needs training. So far the Woofz app has been helpful, providing explanation, instruction and guidance on basic commands and behavioral problems. As explained, it does take time and patience.
I was concerned about the auto renewal unless cancelled feature when I signed up. I hope I don’t have the problems that others have reported in reviews about continuing to be charged, despite cancelling the subscription.

I bought this app and have never been able to get in or print off anything. I sent them my complaint but have heard back from them at all and they never returned my money as requested. This app IS A SCAM!!!!!

I really wanted this to work
I really wanted this to work. It looks like. They have a lot of good information. Unfortunately I was never able to access the trainings. I paid my initial fee of $15 and it asked me for a password which I didn’t have. I clicked to update password, entered my email address as instructed and never received the update password emailed. I did check my junk mail just in case, but not there. Contacted support three different times, each time received a reply that it was all set now, but it never worked. I just kept being sent to the page asking for more money.

We’ll make sure you can access what you’ve already paid for.
The app is fine but when I was done…
The app is fine but when I was done using it and canceled my subscription they refunded me a small amount. I received my bank statement and they had continued to charge my card. I’ve cancelled the subscription twice now and they just keep trying to charge me.
I finally went to my bank and was issued a new card to keep them from charging me again. Thank goodness I kept the email copy of the cancellation. I keep my cancellations in a folder in my gmail account so they can’t ever say they didn’t get my cancellation.

No refunds cause we don’t have a cancellation
Because they can’t find the cancellation that was done on the subscription like two months ago or three months ago whenever it was done, they can’t find it so I was being charged $100 a month which I am not getting refunded because it was canceled. No they went back and checked, but they can’t find any cancellation notice or any record that I talk to anyone or anything like that so yeah if you’re gonna cancel, make sure you cancel with them because apparently they don’t know how to do it or they just tell you they did it just to keep sucking money out of you wouldn’t never go with them again.

Nightmare Billing Department
The course is great and I really enjoyed it with my dog. Billing department is a huge issue, it is impossible to find a way to cancel the subscription, there is no customer service phone number and they keep charging your account until you contact your bank and dispute the transaction.

Excellent app for puppy training
Woofz app is really easy to follow and the trainings videos are awesome.
It’s very easy to understand and repeat the trainings especially the timing calculations are awesome to track each activity with precision.
Definitely recommend for the new dog owners like me to get your puppy to train and get loved by them unconditinally.
