Unbelievably good
Unbelievable! I payed 110 euros for a shitty PowerPoint presentation of a dog trainer and then I come across Woofz, I already learned more with Woofz! Absolutely amazing looove it!

Not used,won’t refund within hours!
Signed up close to midnight while dog and partner sleeping. 11 am try to re-share for free as advertised and the app keeps asking partner for money. The “personalized” plan is quite random and not applicable for our puppy issues. Requested a refund as we haven’t used a bit and the readings were not applicable for us. They cancelled but would not refund the $15 but allow us to use it for a few weeks. Pointless since it isn’t applicable for us. Trained previous dogs that lived to be almost 20. This app has nothing for us and too random for the money!,,,

Over simplified
The app is nice but a bit over simplified, wish that instead of for example having 3 sessions of training a command it would have - number of sessions in door no distractions, then indoor with distractions , then outdooor etc… feels like it underestimates the amount of real training time to master a command - it just gives the head start. The feel for the command without mastering it

Refund please
No response from customer service, hidden renewal fees, you feel like you are signing up to just one payment but end up on a full subscription. I would like a full refund for the product. Whether a shame. The product itself is good. The sales approach is letting it down. Please respond asap.

Scam! deceptive pricing guidance no…
Scam deceptive pricing guidance no mention of a subscription until I was informed by Paypal. Tried to cancel within minutes after discovering I had been duped into a subscription.
Subscription hidden in multiple pages of legalese cost was disclosed by Paypal after signing up.
I don't want anything to do with a company that does business this way. And they wont refund my trial fee.
