One of the worst experience ever.
I'm using since 1 year but never had problems but when you do be prepared. Their customers support doesn't know anything, don't know language , can't speak or understand your concerns, my gift card pending since 2 days . No support at all. Email - they don't reply, tried calling wating for 30 min imagine waiting to reach care for 30 min & then connected he just raised new ticket stating same information & verbally said the ticket number instead of email. You wanna loose money go ahead with this pathetic brand .

The gift card they issued to me was faulty and there was always an error message being displayed saying invalid gift card id, but on writing to support, they ask me to reset the pin which I do, but I still can't redeem it after writing to them again they blame it on me saying that I am not entering the correct gift card id on redemption, pathetic service.
