I am currently making crocheted blankets for a charity who had specified certain colours, was very pleased to be able to order the ones I needed. Packet of wool was well sealed.

I was able to order the yarn I wanted at the right price and received it promptly

the wool is lovely and soft, the dleivery was prompt.

I am a WoolBox client and this is my first time purchasing wool from their website, having high expectations for quality of products sold.

The colour was as stated however, and I was disappointment with quality of wool comparison to the advert available at that time.

I ordered a Christmas blanket kit for my daughter for Christmas, with a view to helping her learn more knitting techniques. It was a late order, as I had expected to be able to buy it in a shop, but it was sold out. However, the on-line experience was a relief. I found the item I wanted easily, the purchase went through trouble-free and the parcel arrived in good time. If only all on-line business went as smoothly as that! Oh yes, and my daughter was thrilled! Thank you, Woolbox!

They need to make sure that goods ordered are sent to customers. I ordered two different crochet patterns but was sent two copies of pattern no 3009
