Failure to deliver parts, poor comunication.
Failure to deliver parts, ordered on 12/12/22 first lot apparently lost by the post office, 2nd lot sent by Evri & not delivered, Porsche spares Uk have confirmed this by communication but now have chosen to ignore emails and phone messages, Business was up for sale so i would think carefully before you buy.

Website is good with a wide selection of parts. My order was sent via Evri which took weeks for me to actually receive. Ended up ordering from abroad which came within a few days. Asked for a refund and the parcel to be returned. No refund, so decided to let the bank claim a refund.

Some of the worst customer service ive…
Some of the worst customer service ive ever had. A simple mistake was made, they forgot to include an item with an order, it was sent a few day later. It failed to arrive. Now over a month later nothing has been done about correcting this. Ive lost count of how many emails ive sent, and they have ignored. I will never be using this company again. Utterly crap.
