My first order to U.S. for 7 skeins of yarn arrived quickly & safely with a week, beautifully shipped in an organza bag. I don't regret saving a few bucks by choosing the non-tracked shipping.

I placed my second order a month later and quickly realized I forgot 2 items but I couldn’t update my order online so I contacted WW online since it was outside business hours. The sales department sent an email reply the next morning saying they could help fix and add to my order since it was still pending fulfillment. They handled it speedily and with great care, from confirmation of dye lots to payment to shipping. Vicky, Meg, Paula, and Suzanne each carried the baton and their customer service was quick, pleasant, personal, and thorough. I highly commend the teamwork - Cheers!

I've ordered from Wool Warehouse for the past few years and have always received great customer service and quick delivery. Recently there was some yarn that was accidentally not included in my order when it was delivered - they quickly resolved this and the yarn was delivered within 2 days.

A wonderful company to deal with regarding all my yarn needs. A wide selection of products at a really affordable price. Communication is excellent. Delivery to Australia is fantastic and always prompt and affordable. Highly recommend this company to any people requiring yarn.

2. I can buy lots of lovely yarns because they are so reasonably priced
3. Delivery charge is reasonable too - and FREE over £30! I leave items in my basket and order when it reaches £30 or more.
4. I can choose Evri or Royal Mail so I can track my delivery , and EVRI is very quick for me.
5. I LOVE those beautiful organza bags. I can see what I have, keep my yarns clean and tidy, and reuse the bags for storage, gift bags etc for my knitting items.

I found wool warehouse 2 weeks ago and I am hooked, wanted to try a chunky finger knitted blanket and I have now made 3 and I'm coming back for more, I love the colour range and really fast delivery, with competitive prices. Highly recommend.

WoolWarehouse were recommended by a friend, and I can see why. Great choice of yarns at good prices, well packaged and dispatched quickly. I've ordered twice and will order again.

Always have the wool I need with very fast delivery. The ability to select and request the same batch number makes sure my jumpers have the same feel (when I don't order enough!)

First time using the Wool Warehouse. I ordered 16 balls of Aran wool which were very well priced. Within a blink of an eyelid they arrived. They were packed nicely in a mesh reusable bag. Initially I was not very pleased as the wool appeared to be very thin and more like double knit. I emailed my issues to the company who came back quickly advising me to knit a square to test the wool's thickness knitted before I sent the wool back. I did this as the colour of the wool was fabulous and what can I say. They were right. The wool knitted up lovely and seemed to expand to Aran as I was knitting. The website is easy to use. Delivery very quick. Correspondance good. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I am not surprised to see so many people praising Wool Warehouse. I have used them for several years, with excellent service, delivery etc. I just ordered some toggle buttons, and found one in the pack was skewed and unusable. As it happened, I had enough anyway, but emailed to inform Wool Warehouse. They quickly sent a replacement pack. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Received my order of Hayfield bonanza Hazelnut twirl today, great service as usual.
All beautifully packed in their lovely organza bag (nice touch).

I ordered wool to start a project over Christmas holidays, wool arrived quickly but was not the colour I had been expecting.
I spoke to a very helpful lady, Liz, who said I could return the wool and have a full refund or exchange.
I choose to have an exchange and that was completed very promptly , by return of post,without me incurring any further postage costs.
Bearing in mind this was between Christmas and New Year, I was most impressed. Outstanding customer service.
New wool is just was I wanted.

I've used WoolWarehouse many times over the past few years and am always pleased with their service. I recently had some trouble trying to find the right yarn for a project I was working on. One of the people at WoolWarehouse was kind enough to help me find the best colour match they had via email :)

This store gives me a feeling of trust. Frequent discount offers. Good assortment. There were no overlays. I will order again and again.

Amazing selection, super fast delivery and always comes in lovely packaging with products obviously looked after.

They sit on your order unless you pay for DPD. For their size, they surely know how to provide a worse service than smaller shops. They take two days to dispatch for no reason. Slowest and lazy craft supplies shop.

EDIT: In response to their reply - Your dispatch is slow all year around. I’ll reiterate that other shops dispatch faster regardless of the choice of shipping method.

I placed my order on 8/12/23, standard delivery and received the Supersaver wool the following day! I loved the organza bag in which it was delivered, ideal to keep my crochet work in. I definitely recommend this company, the wool is exactly as described. Very professional and reliable. I shall make more orders from them,

Well packaged and all correct. Quick, helpful response when I’d contacted with a question too.

Placed an order and gave the postcode for my new address. Wool Warehouse sent the parcel to my old address and when contacted them they said the person taking the order did not change the address so it defaulted to the old address. The lady then suggested i could contact the people in the old address, which I declined. They then cancelled the original order and places another order and then informs me that they do not have one of the colours so suggest an alternative to the pearl grey I ordered and when I get home and take a look the colour its nothing like the right colour so I ring them again. Apparently the original order is with Evri and they can't redirect it and it could be WEEKS before it gets back so I have to wait for the amended order to arrive and keep the correct colours and repack the wrong colour and send it back and when they have the right colour they will send it out. But guess what they have no idea when that will be . Rubbish service,poor customer service and I will stick to Lovecrafts in future at least they get their delivery right ,don't expect their customers to turn into courier and they have excellent customer service

Would just like to say how amazing wool warehouse are. I ordered, emailed to change my delivery address and received my wool which was perfectly wrapped in an organza bag and then waterproof packaging. All this within 36 hours. Yarnsmiths wool is so lovely to knit with and at a very reasonable price. Thank you again Wool Warehouse.
