I made a complaint to Woolworths about a pricing problem. The manager at Dingley Village woolworths chose to be rude and would not acknowledge that the product had been put under the wrong price and refused tobudge on price. Straight no was his reply. So i complained to head office because this is happening on a regular bases there, and they sent some generic email apology a e gift card and directed me to their returns policy. Wrong they have ignored the fact of breaching their own policy and tried to make it go away the easy way, so i promptly sent them an email telling them what an insult this email and e gift card was it was not even the full amount of the disputed product. Way to go Woolworths this is why they get fined all the time for breaching their own policies. They choose to ignore what is going on in their stores with staff ,

Use Bunnings marketplace instead

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Do not order from everyday market! Delivery dates incorrect, can’t track items, customer service is useless they just tell you there is nothing they can do. I now have to chase up a refund for an item ordered on the 1/1/25, estimated delivery on Woolworths was 12/1, still waiting on the delivery on the 22/1 which keeps getting pushed back day by day.

Beware do not buy market buy on Woolworths - we ordered on 16th December through Woolworths shop and items still not arrived - we have been going around in circles - Woolworths have been terrible to deal with - despite it showing clearly items were not despatched (on tracking) they will not refund and we just keep getting ignored. This is unbelievable - you buy from Woolworths thinking you are safe .....we will never do market buy again

Collecting Abandoned Shopping Trolleys

I live in Swansea N.S.W. and see a lot of abandoned Woolworths shopping trolleys all around the place. I see them when I am out in my e-bike, and thay are mile's away from Wollworths supermarket. Woolworths, can you pay some contractors to go out and pick them up. There an eyesore and there should be something like Return And Earn for shopping trolleys, if I return an abandoned trolly I get a voucher from Woolworths for grocerys. There is four in my street alone, Coles And Woolworths trolleys. Woolworths makes big profits so they should pay contractors to collect them.

Perseverance

I wanted to buy Sambal Oelek from Woolworths. I knew it was in aisle 6 but could not find it. I asked a lovely assistant, and we still could not find it. She asked me would any other product do, but I said no. I was now in aisle 2 and she ran up to me, she finally found the Sambal Oelek. I would like to thank for her perseverance. I don't know her name. This was Saturday morning at Ascot Village, Woolworths QLD 4007. I will go there for future shopping.

Thankyou for spoiling Christmas for my Grandchildren Woolworths

My Daughter in-law has $280 in Christmas reward Dollars. She went to get her Christmas laybuys off instore at BigW and was told she cant use the Reward dollars to get laybuys off in store. But if she had shopped online she could have used her reward dollars for online laybuys.

How stupid a customer is going out of their way to keep youre store running by phisically going into the store, and she is pretty much punished. Because if she had shopped online she could have used the dollars. Whats the difference? She has still purchased items from youre store has she not?

My daughter in-law has purposely saved her reward dollars to be able to buy for her children at Christmas time. But Woolworths has spoilt their Christmas. Because my Daughter in-law can now not afford to get her laybuys off. She called Woolworths customer service in tears questioning this rule and explaining what this has done to her and her children for Christmas, only to be told yes we are aware of this issue it is an ongoing complaint were looking in to it.

You know what Woolworths looking into something that is clearly affecting many of your customers at such a special time of the year isnt helping them get through the heartache of not being able to do something special for their families. Because as you told my daughter in-law its your policy. Youre policy is so wrong and makes absolutely no sense.

You could be offering better solutions to the customers you are disapointing other than saying.
You are aware of the issues
We have had many complaints about this
Youre looking into it
AND
Its youre policy
Because those ststements dont help youre disapointed customers enjoy Christmas or have any faith in you as a company.

Nice shop but poor service

Nice shop in a convenient location but poor customer service. I asked for a bacon and egg bap to be toasted. It was heated for less than 20 seconds. Needless to say the egg was cold, the bun not warm, the cheese not melted and the bacon cold. Apart from the 'you?' to get my order there was no manner or smiles in an almost empty shop. I ate it but didn't enjoy it. I will not be back.

Digital Security Not Concern…

Someone in the Woolworths has decided they they really want people to download their app. I receive emails pestering me to download the app. They don't seem to realise is it takes data. Data on your mobile phone costs money. Now they have stated that you have to download the app to access your Christmas bonus rewards.
It is also a bonus for thieves because they can use your rewards when they have stolen your phone. It also gives people a reason to risk injury when they are retrieving lost phones.
I used to shop at Woolworths every week but now because of this latest requirement I have no incentive to be loyal to Woolworths and there is a closer Coles.

A dishonest staff member was very rude

A dishonest staff member was very rude, her name is Leanne she works in the Curlewis store, in Victoria she would not honor the price scan policy and said it did not exist she caused a big scene very rude and unprofessional she should be fired. She has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. A $50 voucher does not slove anything.

Woolworths are useless!

Woolworths are useless!

I originally bought items from them over 15 years ago and I have just tried to log in in order to buy some items for my brother for Christmas, and found out, via there so called (lack of) Customer Service that I do not have an account anymore!! They have closed my account down without even bothering to inform me, giving any reason whatsoever!!!! No wonder Australia is going downhill, controlled by these large companies that do not care about their companies!!
