Fantastic quality product, so pleased and a real hit with our dog!

Two years on from my 5 star review - what a disappointment. I ordered another bed on 16th March as I so much liked the original one and I wanted another for a new location. I received nothing and when I queried it was told that there was an issue with the suppliers. No problem, I was happy to wait as I like this product a lot. Nothing - so again I contacted Toby and was told that they would be sending it the following week - not received as yet and I am unable to contact Toby - the phone appears to be disconnected and I have had no response to my numerous emails. Today I gave up and contacted the credit card company who are pursuing this for me. This is a terrible way to treat customers - I am now £109.98 out of pocket and being ignored when I ask when I can expect the goods. I was happy to stick with the order and regret not asking for a refund in the first instance and I have basically been strung a line all the way. Do not recommend this company at all, which is a great shame as their products were really good. I make a point of trying to support small businesses but i guess its back to the chains now.

Beautiful product, well constructed, high quality materials, really cosy for my dog. She has slept in it every which way possible and clearly loves it.

The WoolyWoofer bed order for our dog is very well made, using good quality materials. The customer service was very good and the item was delivered at the time promised.
While a premium price was paid, I feel that it is good value. Well made, by a small business, using good quality British materials with no harmful chemicals.
All in all, a great purchase.

I still have not received my order, made on 10th April, despite my contacting customer services. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED.
As a result of this appalling cutomer service I would not use this company again.

Beautifully made dog beds with British Wool too. Good for our dog's and supporting sheep farmers.

Absolutely gorgeous beds - deep and comfy for our four older dogs.
Quality of finish is exceptional and the delivery and communication from Woolywoofers was great.

We've had issues with dog beds on our stone floor collecting condensation but this doesn't seem to be an issue at all with these, testament to their high insulation properties.

The sheepy smell is quite strong to begin with but soon disappears.

Highly recommend, worth every penny!

Being British and an animal lover, it goes without saying that I probably did more research on a dog bed than my own bed.

However, I didn't need much convincing as these beds look fantastic and the wool filling is a big plus.

We ordered a traditional style bed, which arrived and was exactly what I needed. It also has a non slip base which is perfect on hard flooring. I'd been carrying it upstairs at night, but it's so heavy which goes to show exactly how sturdy and well constructed these are.

We decided on a second bed for upstairs, this time a mattress type. These don't have a non slip base, and are perfect for carpet.

Bottom line, the dog loves them both. The strong wool smell disappears quickly, and to me is nice anyway.

I believe the beds are made to order, and are not shipped from stock. Some people seem to have an issue with this. Having looked in the pet superstores and online elsewhere, I am happy to report they are worth the short wait. Our first puppy bed bought 'in store' did not look good after only a few weeks. I know we won't have that problem here.

Extremely poor service. 10 days since payment for goods taken, no acknowledgement of order, no idea when it may arrive. The only communication received have been two requests to rate their service! Will expect an explanation or a refund.

Beautiful dog bed. Quality is superb. Felt the company could have provided info re delivery without having to be asked.

My nine year old Standard Poodle really likes his new bed . He is able to stretch out on it and appears very comfortable.

Lovely quality beds, quite heavy and really thick. I bought a regular size traditional bed for my Border Terrorist and a large mattress style for my smallish collie and there is loads of room on it. The green and red plaid is gorgeous. Thank you so much, the dogs beds are much nicer than my own sofa now!

Our large WoolyWoofer’s bed arrived and feels so plush! Love the cover and the fact it is easy to clean. We were kept updated on the delivery date so knew exactly when to expect it. Layla lab is going to have many comfy nights on it. Would recommend again and again
