What a complex organization. No one knows where my kitchen top iOS even after 4 weeks of claimed delivery of the kitchen. Assurances after assurances, the customer service is extremely poor. They are trained to defend their position and not help the customer. All in all, AVOID GOING TO WOONING. They may claim good quality, but the service is APALLING.

i made the mistake of buying two kitchens from this company. the first one was delivered with problems and even opened a hole in the floor of my house. it took them 4 weeks to fix it. the second one needed to be installed before a deadline, which didn't happen due to the problem with the first one and now they are forcing me to take delivery and pay before.

I walked into the showroom without an advanced appointment and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Jaouad who checked my old kitchen, made a nice draft of my desired kitchen and checked all the available options. We discussed several options, made multiple 3-D and I finally decided on what I would like to order. Mr. Jaouad professionally advised on what home appliances models would work best for me and also received a decent discount on my final order including discount on installation.
The delivery date and kitchen installation went well according to agreement. Overall, very satisfied with the service, advice, and end product I purchased and happily suggest this kitchen company to others.
Dear Wooning team, thank you and I am enjoying my beautiful kitchen every day.

Plus: Good variety and the products seem to be of good quality. The pre-sale meeting and effort was professional and they devoted the time we needed. Delivery of the products was good and very careful and the first technician that came for the installation, Dimitris, was very good in his job and he is professional.
Negative: They require to pre-pay the whole amount before the delivery and the technician comes. That is a very risky move because it is almost certain that something will go wrong. So when you prepay everything you lose all your leverage. But they don’t offer any option. With very strong (almost threatening) language they say that if you don’t pay the whole amount they will not even unload the boxes during the delivery.
They work with countless contractors. Every part of the process is done by a different person, internal and external. And they work with a lot of externals. The result is that there will be a mistake somewhere for sure. If you make the mistake you are done because you are responsible and they will just leave and charge you extra on top. In our case we did everything correct, it was them that made the mistakes. One wrong number and the installation could not be completed. And then the whole drama starts: No available technicians to solve the problem, no direct contact with someone to talk to or escalate (only the general customers service) and no materials on stock, no responsibility on their side just words of understanding.
The customer service: You can only call or email with their general customer service. At no part of the process will you receive a personal number or email address. Even when they mess up you don’t get a person to assist you and escalate things. You only speak to the customer service who are just powerless. They try to help but they cannot do anything. They just cost you a lot of time and frustration. And they never call back. You must call and catch up the whole time otherwise they just forget you because you have already paid the whole amount. In our case if we waited for Wooning to solve the problem they created we would have to wait 1 more month until they find someone. We solved it ourselves and then we needed to negotiate hours over the phone to make them accept payment for the invoice. Even with their own mistakes. This extra month caused huge problem with our planning of the renovation but they didn’t care. They said they wont cover any costs of other planned jobs that we had to delay because of the delay with the kitchen. Suddenly all other related problems were our problems to solve and they used again very clear and hard language on the fact that they don’t take other responsibility. They just don’t care for the mess they create at your place. When everything seemed to be ready on our side with our efforts and we were two weeks later because no one was available, we realized a product was missing and of course it was not on stock. We needed to wait another month and they never called to plan something. So we needed to call every week to check with them.
The technician that came for the electrical and water installation (yes you need a separate person for that, who comes a different day!) was extremely rude and came hours later than arranged.
And then the boxes. After the installation they leave tons of garbage behind. Seriously we are lucky to have a garden to drop all the garbage they leave behind. If you want that they take them away it will cost you 150 euros! It took us weeks to dispose all the garbage the leave behind.
The way they organise their work, it is 100% sure there will be a problem. If it is in your side then you have some serious troubles and extra costs. If it is on their side they will be no escalation or care to come with a solution fast. It is bad luck, you have to wait and only call to the customer center. And even if you manage to solve things yourself, you still need to wait for them.
So if you choose to buy a kitchen there, I wish you luck and a lot of patience. You will need it for sure.

After having visited other three stores in Den Haag I was very frustrated, and a friend of mine recommended Wooning. I decided to give it a try, and I don't regret it in any form. The service is really good and the staff super useful and friendly. They guided me through the whole process of choosing all the materials, colors, drawings and everything needed to have our kitchen delivered as soon as possible, always explaining the difference of the materials, prices, etc.
We ended with the best delivery time and price that I could find in the market, apart from the service that was really amazing.
I super recommend them.

Wooning helped us with a complete bathroom renovation for our new home. The services which included creating new designs, choosing suitable sanitary hardware, finding a contractor within our chosen time frame and executing all of this within our budget, were covered to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, even with someone who called us last night. No solution was offered on our earlier complain at all. The lady PROMISED again and again to call back and write an email (and we stated it is ok to respond in Dutch), still NOTHING.
There is no point to make any promise, if there is absolutely no follow up. And it is the second time promise is made and nothing is done.
A registered formal complain will be in the post to you, next step is we will engage our lawyers.
This is one of the most unprofessional encounter we have with a company!
We will continue complain and use all channel until someone properly respond and arrange a contractor to visit the damage (really, is it so difficult to arrange a contractor to come and fix the issue??)

Got my new kitchen, with a ridiculous story:
1. One front door was already damaged even before installation
2. The microwave installed incorrectly which caused some weird noise
3. They forgot the gas tap
4. The shelves turned out to be too short
They promise to come in 3 weeks to fix, but "forget to contact me for appointment".. So far so good - had to call myself and wait another two weeks and in 5 weeks here you go:
1. They bring the new front door, and damage it again with the screws while installing it! They have to order a new front and come back....
2. The try to fix the noise of the microwave and it does not work at all now! They propose I contact the manufacturer myself now "because we can't help it".
3. The shelves are not there because they with some mess and misunderstanding at the back office, somebody on holidays, somebody forgot to draw it, etc etc, still no clue what will come.
4. but the gas tap is done and connected! (though I really now start to worry if it is leaking after all of this,,,,)
2 months down the line, still in progress...
What a frustrating experience and a waste of our precious time and money!
