Ordered in bulk and the T-shirts were not the colour we had hoped. Sofia was very friendly and quick to respond and sorted the issue swiftly. Amazing customer service and corrected a further issue with sizing. Will always return to Wordans.

My story is much the same as what you see below. Failure to deliver goods, shocking customer service. 39 days on and still unresolved. They need investigated

Needed to make return due to sizing. Whole process was hassle free with support from Christian who patiently helped with various questions.

Terrible product, do not use this company. I bought heavy cotton fruit of the loom t-shirts and I followed the washing instructions exactly, however, after the first wash they all shrunk! I firstly sent an email after this happened, then they replied looking for photos, which I sent to them, then they replied to say they couldn't do anything as the t-shirts had been used and washed. What was the point in asking me for photos then???? Avoid!

Dreadful company.
I have sent Wordans 6 emails and have been waiting for weeks for them to contact me with their details to return an item. They have given me no information. Returns time is 14 days and I'm well over that but they cant be bothered to tell me if they are honouring my return even though its completely their fault! Do NOT ever use this company they re dreadful and dishonest

I placed a large order in April and have received no products and cannot get hold of anyone on email and the phone number doesn't work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

Do not use this company. They took the money very quickly from my bank account and my goods have never arrived. I have chased and at first received some responses from Angela but now my emails are being ignored. The t-shirts were for a charity event which is even more disappointing.

Good value products and very responsive and helpful customer service. Thank you, Angela.

Absolutely shocking was assumed T shirts ordered. Would be here for the charity football day. Arrived 40 days after ordering. Now will not do anything. Don't touch this company I am now in touch with trading standards.

I ordered a jacket from Wordans one afternoon which to my surprise was delivered the very next day so was very impressed with the service. Unfortunately, however, the jacket was too small, so it needed to be exchanged. Admittedly, it did take a while to get a response from customer service on how to return the item and get a replacement/refund. However, once Angela in the customer services team got on the case, instructions were forthcoming, and I was kept up to date. Angela was extremely helpful in assisting me to return my item and submit an order for a replacement. I am very pleased with the outcome and now await delivery of my replacement jacket

Wordans have fulfilled a couple of orders for us now and they offer brilliant value for money. I had a query which was handled by Angela and she was extremely professional and friendly in her communications with me. We will certainly be ordering again.

Delivery was prompt but I want to return items. Three emails sent to customer services, no response.

Update 5 May - now a response from customer services, offering a refund of 50% of the cost of the t shirts. Not acceptable to me, 25% is the stated percentage that they take off. Does any other company do this??? I had ordered samples before deciding on a supplier for a big order, thank goodness I now know to avoid Wordans.

Final update 9 June - authorised return, 6 May, proof of delivery. No refund. However, used Amazon pay, they have refunded total without quibbling!

Awful. Bought hoodies months ago and still not received them. Messaged several times for a refund, eventually to be told I can, then the next day I hear they've apparently already posted them so I cant have a refund until I send them back, only to be given a tracking number that doesn't work. Have messaged several times over different platforms since and no reply.

Too slow to respond, too slow to produce. I should receive the test shirt maybe by Christmas I bought it on April 3th so far on April 25th it hasn't been in the mail. first and last purchase.

What a piece of garbage this company is. I have sent 4 emails. With no reply. They have tool my money for my order and nor delivered. Bear in mind I ordered 4 t shirts in March. If I get no reply. No shipment. I will claw back from my credit card

I have made an order with them a month ago. It took about half a month for them to tell me that my file wasn't large enough. So i sent a new - larger. Then it wasn't until i wrote to ask if it was better that they said it was still not appropriate. I've now sent in the file they asked for. (mind you i've used this file before for sweatshirts no problem).

Anyway it's been 5 days. I've written to them everyday and no response. Now i guess from reading other reveiws I can expect to next receive this item. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The phone never goes through. They claim they care about customer service excellence but that's a straight up lie.

Please avoid this company. It’s been 2month I ordered now, they have refused to deliver or refund

Ordered 23x customised t-shirts over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. No update regarding tracking. Impossible to get intouch with customer service. Managed to get hold of someone from Germany who said they was dispatched so should have arrived.... but never. Not sure if the company has gone bust. Terrible.

I ordered 2 customised t-shirts on 18th March 2024 for an event next weekend, but they still haven't arrived!
Customer services have not been very helpful, and when I suggested they will be too late for the event they said they can't cancel the order, the only way to get my money back is to refuse delivery. That supposes that a) I am here when they are delivered and b) they do actually arrive.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Not sure if they are a real company or a scam.
Update 30/4/24
Still no t-shirts, and just fob off emails from Christian in customer services. I want a refund but they are refusing to give me one. The date of the event is long past so any t-shirts are useless to be now,

My business has been using Wordans for a long time, never had a problem until now. I understand delays etc might happen but this is something else now and I think I’ve been scammed!

They have about £800+ of my money, the order was supposed to ship next day, it’s been over a week and customer service is no use and won’t give me an answer on what’s happening, I’ve had no explanation at all, and no apology. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund as it hasn’t shipped and was told no.

I think I’ll have to get my bank involved to sort this now as they are refusing to ship my items or give my £800 back.
