Alex was so helpful! He answered all of my questions and helped me return a jacket that was too small. I ordered a larger size. Alex was patient and kind and I truly appreciated his help. Also, the shipping process was so fast! We received our order in less than a week. Amazing!

I had placed an order and had a customer request a shirt last minute. I really didn't wanna have to pay shipping for just ONE shirt so I called asking to add it to my order. To make it easier, Adiel Escobedo was able to cancel my order and refund my $ so I could place a new order with the extra shirt. He was so very helpful and polite. I have always had wonderful customer service with Wordans/Needan! They will continue to get my business!

I made a purchase from wordans and I made a mistake in the color I needed. I contacted customer support and they were awesome! I had the pleasure of working with Simona and even though it was my mistake she helped me with my return. Thank you Simona for making this go smoothly.

This was my first time purchasing from Wordans. My client wanted a large order of XS Youth crewnecks, however upon arriving and seeing them, they changed their mind on sizing. I requested a refund from Wordans and had the pleasure of working with Anna to get my refund. Anna made this experience very positive from start to finish. There is a 21 day period before Wordans can issue the refund and Anna was prompt and responsive throughout to provide status updates and answer my questions.

I had ordered 2 different times and I needed to cancel one & return few items for the second order and I received immediate help from Adiel. Super nice & he was a huge help. It was fast & easy and he explained the process very well. Will definitely order again knowing Wordan has great costumer service.
