WARNING!! Terrible website.
Unfortunately I can’t upload images on Trustpilot, but the products are delivered in different colours than what you actually order (ordered two types of black bags, one of them arrived grey).
Normally not a big issue, but it is when you order 100 pieces of each and your entire brand design is black. We ended up giving away the other 100 bags for free.

Apparently, somewhere at the bottom of their service terms, it says that colour differences may occur.

I would not recommend ordering from Wordans. I placed an order for blue tote bags that I planned to customize with patches. The particular item number required you to order them bulk, in increments of twelve. No problem. I ordered ONE order of 12 bags. I received ONE bag. I dealt with customer service for several days before the investigation concluded and they sent 11 more bags. When the remaining bags arrived, imagine the bags being so POORLY made. The inside pocket had broken zippers. There are crooked seams EVERYWHERE, excess thread, it’s so bunched up and terrible. I am PISSED.

The customer service from Christian was very swift and professional. I requested an update on the shipment for a blank I ordered, and received far more than just an automated response. I received personal 2 emails in success about the shipment process and couldn't be more pleased.

I had ordered from Wordans in Canada for the first time. They had everything that I needed in stock and shipped it promptly. But one of the items had a manufacturing defect. (Happens sometimes.) When I contacted customer service, Christian provided the best service possible. Within 20 minutes of my first contact with them, they had shipped a replacement item and I received before noon the next day. Thanks to Christian and the team I will definitely be purchasing more from Wordans Canada in the future.

Extremely poor product and disgraceful customer service.
I ordered two printed t-shirts. While the fabric quality was acceptable, the prints disappeared after only a few washes on low heat, leaving me with nothing but blank shirts. This is completely unacceptable given the price and effort invested.

When I contacted the company, they refused reimbursement, hiding behind their so-called return policy. This is not only terrible customer service, it is a breach of consumer law. A company that delivers faulty products and then refuses to stand behind them has no respect for its customers.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. You will pay good money and be left with nothing of value.
