5 months and no delivery or refund
I ordered 4 books in December 2024. Mid May, they have misplaced my order and I have not received any update on the delivery or refund. Incredible.

On the topic of combined shipments, we always try to consolidate our deliveries into the smallest number of parcels. However, if the books are from different orders, or if the dispatch time of the books on a single order vary, we sometimes do have to ship items separately. To keep in line with IOSS regulations, books sent outside of the UK must also be sent in individual parcels.

Have spent quite an amount on books…
Have spent quite an amount on books from Wordery over the years- Mostly through ebay!.
Paid £15.99 for brand new Neitzsche-Will to Power. Zero damage to packing, yet the book has a complete split/tear, across the back cover.
Have emailed them today 4/5/24. Want a replacement and hopefully the courier that delivers can take the damaged item back saving me time and petrol to queue at a post-office.

All packages so far have arrived on time and completely undamaged. Prices are mostly lower than on Amazon, with also free shipping.
