One of my websites was being besieged by hackers and attackers from around the world. Wordfence recommended adding 2fa (2-factor authentication). But when I tried to add it, I had problems getting into the WordPress admin myself. Margaret from Wordfence support offered to get into the admin herself and I gave her the credentials. She quickly discovered that there was a conflict with another security plugin and recommended I choose between the two plugins. I chose the Wordfence one and the website was quickly up and running again. Plus, the hackers and attackers ceased to be a problem.

You won't go wrong with Wordfence. The support is A+++, the software is A+++, and it does exactly what it's supposed to. It's worth every dime!

Wordfence is absolutely essential protection for my website. I upgraded from the free version a couple of years ago and have been very happy with it. Means a lot to me to have the human support, not bot-oriented but actual humans, that respond very quickly to any questions and problems (I have had no problems, only questions!) 100% recommend.

Wordfence is a great product but what makes the difference is the support. I sent a support request yesterday and had a reply within hours, with a detailed explanation on the steps I needed to do to solve the issue I had. Wordfence has so many options, a clear explanation was so very important.

Wordfence gives great service and products. They respond back quickly and resolve problems that I run into.

Don't lose your Authenticator codes. In order to get back in they have to delete all your stuff. Shame!!!

Try to check on status of an order with a company and it said my password was wrong . So I hit button to email me new password. Word fence locked me out of a company I've been buying from for years. Still locked out.
