Wordfence Reviews 

I have Wordfence Premium running on two commercial sites and the free version on a few other, non-critical sites. Both versions work great but what makes the Premium worth the price is the support and the little additional features that you can tweak for your particular requirements. I've only needed the support a couple of times, but when I have, they are there and 'on-it': Quick, knowledgeable, result focused and polite. All the characteristics you need when you are likely most vulnerable - under attack or threat of attack. If you run a commercial Wordpress site, Wordfence Premium is, in my opinion a must-have plugin.

I use Premium on my higher profile sites, and the free version on everything else. I always know what is happening on my sites, when they are being attacked, and when updates are required. Support team is quick and knowledgeable, and always get back to me quickly. Wordfence is a no-brainer for Wordpress.

Wordfence support was fast to respond, and helpful with their suggestions in how to resolve our issue. We've been using Wordfence for years and it has come through big-time stopping nefarious users from attacking our site.

As an amateur website owner who experienced a lot of hacks to my sites, I was pleased to learn how Wordfence could help prevent such attacks. Since getting the service 7 years ago, I never was hacked again that didn’t get stopped by Wordfence. This gave me great comfort seeing how easy it is to clean my sites using their user friendly dashboard. Recently it became necessary to cancel my online presence. To my surprise, cancelling and finalizing the refund of my last payments took mere seconds. In my experience, Wordfence is a very respectable company to deal with. Apart for the security aspects, they were extremely helpful in explaining how to clean a site that got attacked when I failed to do the required maintenance that Wordfence recommended over months of scans. I highly recommend them for site security.

this security plugin is the most outdated and poorly designed plugin available.
support is non existent ... this plugin is totally unreliable

Wouldn't want to be without Wordfence protecting my websites, as well as my client's sites, especially given the numerous hacks they've prevented for many years now.

I have used wordfence for dozens of websites and it always is very stable, easy to use and it doesn't complicate your wordpress site. It just works, and blocks a ton of threats, even with the free version!
