We had a great experience with Wordflow. We wanted something fairly unusual but they found exactly what we were looking for and delivered it within our prescribed deadline and budget.
Not on that, Callista was lovely to deal with and made the whole process very easy.

We've been a customer of Wordflow for around 10 years. If you can't find what you're looking for online, they're just a phone call way and their friendly, helpful sales team will always find what you're looking for, and make sure it's with you as soon as possible (even if it means hand delivering it!).
Great choice of products from stationery supplies to office furniture - even IT equipment and all for a competitive price. Would highly recommend.
Had the joy of speaking to Ryan Trot, he cold called our company and was so incredibly rude and arrogant. Potentially one of the rudest cold callers I have ever experienced - and we get a lot! Needless to say our director listened to the call and blocked the company. He should be sacked, i can see numerous bad reviews about this 'Ryan' online, he sounds like a liability!
Incredibly rude sales staff. We had previously ordered stuff however the quality was rubbish so didn't order again.
We get constant phone calls despite telling them we are not interested, and an incredibly rude person on the phone who rang back 3 times in a row (second apart) despite being told we were not interested.
We get a phone call nearly every week, and are fed up - which we have told the staff.
Refuse to tell the person who answers the phone what the call is regarding - despite asking about 5 times. A little message to you - we will not put you through until you tell us what it is regarding.
Moreover when we say we are not interested, do not come back with a smarmy answer along the lines of "what is it you are not interested in" - I have constantly repeated that we are not interested in your products as they are bad quality.
Even is the products were amazing we would not use you due to the horrendous customer service - being rude to potential customers will not get you sale - pretty simple sales technique which your staff may benefit from learning.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Very rude staff Mr Diver who cold calls. Do not deal with this company. They keep ringing back again and again after saying no.
