Slow/no process for refunds
I purchased travertine tiles in early January but the web-site incorrectly calculated the delivery cost. This cost was later adjusted upwards so I decided to cancel the order. This was slightly frustrating as it took a few days to sort out, I had correctly loaded the delivery address and I needed tiles, but no issue as such. The main issue I have is that a month has passed and I am still awaiting a refund (originally agreed 23.01.24).
Why should it take seconds for my payment to go through but the refund take weeks (and I still haven't received it)?

We loved the service from the first call all the way to the installation of the final product.
Especially worthy of note is that the people we worked with on both the office team and the fitting team constantly and actively helped our decision making and came up with "outside the box" ideas to improve the fit of the worktops and lower costs, by more effectively using the material and getting more out of less slabs. The fitting team also came up with ideas to improve the design.
The supply was quick - Promised before Christmas and delivered. The material is beautiful, and we feel we got good value for the money.

Beautiful Blue Roma kitchen work tops
We purchased some beautiful Blue Roma quartzite worktops from work-tops.com.
They sent us images of the slabs they had available and we chose the ones we wanted. They then sent some guys to take templates who also have good advice on cut outs for taps, plugs etc and also edge finishing.
We did have some back and forth between o get agreement on where from the slab the tops would be cut in order to show off the natural features of the stone. When the tops arrived to be fitted we were thrilled as they managed to incorporate the exact markings/features into the central parts of the surfaces. The guys who came to fit were very flexible and knowledgeable.
We are super happy with our new kitchen worktops and would recommend this company highly

Vague and not interested in selling
I've tried to contact them multiple times, they were vague and they seemed not interested in selling the worktop to me. I've asked for pictures, prices, they haven't been thorough at all. I ended up going with another supplier. Shame.
After the reply, I want to say that I do understand you can have busy period, it's normal in every job. It would have been sufficient saying so before hand, instead of just ignoring a customer.
