I would like to thank Sef for his professional approach when searching for an internship. When selecting a place of work for practice, my wishes, my education and qualifications were taken into account. Also, during practice, Sef always communicated with me and with the employer. I seriously struggled with Marselisborg to find something belonging to my professional sphere or something motivating and humane. I had to go through a terrible praktik (as a waiter) that just made me frustrated.

To the ones attending their courses, be upfront if they force you into a position you don't want. They usually listen and try to find something else if you are dissatisfied. Moreover, be specific about who you want to work with, as I had to jump around 2-3 different agents.

Anyway, the courses were interesting. I landed a part-time job at the end as a baker, thanks to Henrik, as a temporary solution until I find what suits me best. It's not my dream job, as I have management experience in the marketing/communications sector, but it's a starting point. I think that just because of Henrik and his active interest in making things better, I gave Marselisborg 3 stars instead of 1.

My experience started less good but after I continued my coaching sessions with Henrik everything went in the right direction. With support and proper guidance( plus feedback) I gained the ability to significantly increase by job search results. I highly appreciate his process.

I have been assigned a coach at Marselisborg and I think it helped me a lot to talk to someone who made me feel understood in my job search. Of course that you will receive many rejections when you are a job seeker but the most important is to have someone who can see things differently than you and support you in finding opportunities where I could not see before.
My coach helped me create a structure and also helped me look for some types of jobs that were relevant for my profile and I haven't thought myself. He was also very motivating and encouraged me to continue using my CV and motivational letters while changing my focus on the interviews' performance and contacting companies that had relevant jobs for my profile. My coach also helped me prepare for the stages of the interviews when I was in doubt how I would answer some questions.
I am very happy for all the support I've received from my coach and I am also very happy that the Municipality is creating these opportunities for job seekers who sometimes feel down after many rejections and need a small push to just be persistent in their job search. I found a job before the end of the coaching sessions.
