I pre-ordered the Nomad(E) keyboard and…

I pre-ordered the Nomad(E) keyboard and after receiving it months later, had several severe issues with it.

Most notably, the battery life lasts at most 2 hours, meaning this is NOT A wireless keyboard. You have to keep it plugged in 24/7 for it to work.

Additionally, there is a bug where keystrokes are entered multiple times, so this thing is 100% unusable for day-to-day work. Support team keep promises me that there is an update incoming, and fails to deliver.

At this point, I have a $350 piece of junk that I'm not even using because it can't do the one thing it's advertised to.

Oh and side note, the keys CAN'T ILLUMINATE IN THE DARK. Crazy, right?! You'd expect the lettering of a $350 keyboard to be transparent so you can actually see the backlight in the dark... Nope.

Also the keys themselves are awkwardly large - it will take you weeks to adjust to typing on this thing.

Work Louder - if you see this, I will gladly remove and revise the feedback if you address my issue and resolve this!

Avoid Work Louder

Avoid Work Louder – Dishonest & Unreliable

I bought the Nomad[E] keyboard and received a defective product. After a long and painful return process, they promised a full refund, including shipping, but refunded far less and ignored my emails. They change their policies on the fly and refuse to honor their own agreements.
They still owe me $200.33

If you value your money and time, stay far away from this company. 🚨 Scam alert 🚨
