Easy to use, quick feedback and payment always on time

My experience with Workmotion in Spain has been fantastic so far. From the beginning during the remote onboarding process to now, everything has been smooth sailing. The customer support is quick, friendly and helpful. A very well-designed and user friendly platform. Being able to remote work from my home would have not been possible without Workmotion. I recommend Workmotion 100%!

I've been using this platform for a while now. Not only does it work seamlessly, but the customer service is top-notch. Any time I've had a question or an issue, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful.

They have been really good at managing salary and legal employment specifics for my EU employer.
This enables me to do remote work for my EU employer.

They are quick in responding to my questions and in general, providing support. Their platform is user friendly and useful when submitting expenses, keeping track of holidays and for searching country labor policies. I cannot recommend Workmotion enough! 10/10!

They offer a useful service in a terrible way.
Their invoicing is a mess, their advice is never good enough, and they lock themselves in so it is impossible to break up with them even when you hate being their customer.
It seems like an easy fix, but it is not. My advice: Stay clear.

Please avoid this company if you can. The customer service is horrible/ the new invoice system is extremely confusing. It takes 1-2 months to sort the issues.

The company is sending warnings for unpaid invoices even though they have been paid 2-3 months ago. Employees finished a while ago and they are still chasing deposits.

Jus avoid this company if you want to save yourself time & money.

We worked with WorkMotion for more than a year and we had a really terrible experience with them on every level whether it was finance, HR or the customer experience of the international employees. After switching to one of the competitors finally our international hiring works smoothly again therefore I highly recommend not to work with WorkMotion as a small company.

Customer care is not existing, invoice process was changed recently and it's not working at all, wrong talents on invoice and they invoice wrong amounts, our talents receiving 0 support from workmotion. It seems noone knows anything internal, communication is not existing but sending out pay reminders (invices are not correct) is going really fast... can not recommend workmotion at all, our employees neither

Terrible flow of communication. They only reply if someone from management is involved.
They do not respect the rights of employees and just impose their own procedures. Which are not good at all.
I won’t recommend this company to anyone working remote.

Ease of use. Great Customer Support

All processes between WorkMotion, me and my partner company have been very smooth. Every question I had was successfully solved by their customer care department.

I used WorkMotion to relocate from Germany to Malta and keep working remotely for my German employer. The process of switching from a German contract to a Maltese contract was easy and straightforward.

WorkMotion works with a local EOR partner in Malta to ensure that everything is done according to local employment laws, whilst also ensuring that company policies from the host (where the local laws permit) are maintained. WorkMotion also offers country-based employment guides for an overview of local employment laws and legislation.

Unfortunately, the communication regarding the new employment contract as well as local labor rules and regulations was inefficient and slow. This delayed the onboarding process. The issue was that there are many entities involved in the communication process including the hired employee, WorkMotion's onboarding specialist, the hosting company, and the local partner in the country of employment. Answers regarding specific questions were also ambiguous and required further clarification, which further delayed the onboarding process. This is an area that needs improvement.

Overall, I can recommend WorkMotion as a great remote working solution, and to hire the best talent from almost any country worldwide without the need for a local entity.

Overall it has been a smooth onboarding with the team from workmotion. Also the software is very easy to use and you can find all that you need from tools and documents with just few clicks.

From an employee standpoint, Workmotion provides a very pragmatic and user friendly portal where I have been able to register all of my documents and payroll information. The Workmotion HR team has been very responsive and timely in regards to many of my queries. Overall, transitioning from the US workforce to Mexico has been made seamless because of the very well executed processes and capacities of their employees.
