I'll be the first to admit I was VERY sceptical about this company having read the reviews, so today I embarked on a 350 mile round trip from Kent to see the product & people in the flesh. I'm glad I did.

On arrival I was met by Elliott (the owner), Dean (the fabricator) & Tanisha (admin/accounts) all who were very welcoming hosts. Yes they are a small/new company, yes they have had some problems, but now they have taken control of the manufacturing process in-house I believe they are over their supply issues. Having seen how the storage units are made I am very impressed with the quality, and after spending time with Elliott to go through the options and configure my ideal specs, I have today placed the order.

But don't just take my word for it. Elliott and his team are more than happy to host anyone who wishes to visit them and actively encourage it. My 350 mile round trip might seem a bit excessive, but having looked at numerous modular solutions I wanted to get it right.

Delivery is scheduled early/mid November, and I will post another review (with pictures) when it arrives.

Please take my advice and avoid this company. I placed my order in mid May and have still not received everything. The bits I did received took 4 weeks and 10 weeks to arrive not the 5 days I was promised.
I have heard every excuse from items not passing quality control to now blaming the Royal Mail. I have been told numerous times that my outstanding items have been sent out but when I ask for tracking information I am ignored.
Has been an awful experience and I will be instructing Paypal to look into it.

Workshop Storage, where do I begin?
I was sceptical at first seeing the other reviews but looking at the product and the quality I took the risk.
They were nothing but honest and open regarding lead times. Any questions or queries I had were treated with the upmost importance and speed. Using their online configurator was a breeze also guaranteeing I got the correct product for the space I have. My product took 7 weeks to arrive and I am over the moon with the quality, if I ever require workshop storage again I'll be coming back.

I strongly advise everyone not to purchase from this company.
Brillant to deal with until they get your money. Ordered September 2023, its now almost May 2024 and still not received my correct order. They won't answer the phone as they are now "an online business only" - that's okay if they would reply to your emails.
Received countless wrong parts, wrong colours, damaged parts etc and forever waiting on replacements. Promised dates but never deliver.

Avoid at all costs - hopeless company

Paid for the goods 100% up front, and have received nothing. The lead time quoted was 3-6 weeks, it is now around 13 weeks. They do not answer the phone, and do not provide meaningful updates by email. The goods should have been here two weeks ago following their very last update.

I have reported them to Google and Shopify, and will reporting them to Trading Standards. Beware.

We ordered with them months ago and we paid 50% upfront. They didn't deliver on any delivery date they gave us, they never respond to emails and they never answer the phone. Lies after lies after lies. We got the money back through the credit card company as it become obvious it was all just a big scam. They even changed the telephone number as they must of been getting alot of calls. Dishonest and untrustworthy. I'd ignore all positive reviews because I can assure you they're all fake reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A completely rogue business. Order never fullfilled and at this point I am taking legal action against them to recover the payment. Avoid them at all costs.

I don’t leave any bad reviews however this is the one company who fully deserve one as they have given us the worst possible experience. If I can help people avoid what we went through then it at least is of some benefit.

We placed an order with this company in July 2023. On first communication things were great, very responsive to emails. We were very happy with the mockup configurations and went throught the motions of developing our bespoke tool storage. Placed the order and paid invoice in full £4600. Original agreement was to be 6 weeks. Once payment went through we had complete silence, no emails answered, no whatsapp messages responded to and not able to reach anyone on the phone.

October came and got an email to say they would call tomorrow, this never materialised. November came and I had to get the bank involved in order to get our money back. I had sleepless nights and undue stress waiting to see if the bank could do anything. Luckily they were able to issue a refund to me. Once this had be issued back to me the silence was broken.

We received an email response in late November to say that they received our email regarding cancellation and would we like to proceed. Further on in the email I was issued an apology for lack of communication, with the backing that my tool storage was there and ready for install.

Being the gullible chap that I am, and take everyone on their word, I decided to give them one last chance at resolving this and reversing the refund from the bank. So I decided to go ahead for a second time, with the view to delivery between Christmas and New Year.

With the booking now confirmed for the 30th of December and an installer flying out on the 29th, our goods were to be delivered prior to this. Then came the dreaded email, the goods have been shipped but won’t be available for the original date due to courier issues. We rearranged for the 1st week of January with goods to be delivered an installation to happen after this, but heres the hammer blow. We are still waiting for the non existent goods.

In my view there was never going to be any delivery, they were happy to take my money. The business was never going to fulfill any promise. I’m just glad I got the refund back. Please if you are considering ordering from this company please, please, please reconsider. Elliot, Ella and Kylie may seem charming at first but scratch the surface and they are no better than common thieves masked behind a veil of shiny toolboxes.

At least Dick Turpin wore a mask and presumably shouted “Stand and Deliver”. It seems these modern rogues take and don’t deliver.

Fantastic company to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on their products. After viewing the workshop cabinets in the showroom, I could immediately appreciate the build quality and finish. I placed an order right then & arranged for a delivery (On a Saturday!) They delivered them on time & in perfect condition!
I'll be returning for more on the next phase of our workshop refurbishment project.
I couldn't ask more from a company - a brilliant service!

Order placed on 18th of September, prior to ordering I phoned and was told all items were in stock and would be ready for dispatched within 2-4 working days. Placed order online then was told 4-6 weeks for delivery, that’s ok I could live with that. Phoned after 5 weeks for update was told would get a phonecall back, never came I had response through email that I would have an update the following Monday, following Monday came no update and no answer on the phone so emailed only to receive an out of office auto email. Further week of constant phone calls with no answer (assume they have call screening on and dodge certain numbers) I called off another number and got an answer straight away. They told me 1 of the roller drawer cabinets was due in a couple of days then all will be dispatched. Another week goes by with no contact. Phoned again this time got Elliot who to be fair was very pleasant but then told me that it was the upper cabinets that were missing I played along but after hearing it was going to be another 2 weeks asked to cancel my order. Instead they offered 10% refund and to dispatch all items that were available that week and send out the upper cabinets seperate when they came into stock. I agreed, since then (30th of October) I’ve had no response to any emails, phone number now appears to be blocked as won’t ring anymore but will off other phones. Now in the lengthy process of battling with the bank to get refund. They have turned off their reviews on Facebook and limited who can comment on posts clearly for good reason! Avoid at all costs!!!

Broken Promises - Lame Excuses.
Unfortunatly my experience is much the same as others - Placed order 23rd June was told 6 weeks delivery, paid 50% deposit upfront. initial communication were great so had no issues, after 6 weeks started getting a string of broken promises and excuses regarding delivery until the 18th September i cancelled the order - the deposit was refunded straight away and was asked if they could still get the order to us would we still want it - I agreeed that if it was going to arrive i was happy to continue and pay when the goods were delivered, this started another string of broken promises, i finally received a txt saying the order had arrived and delivery was arranged for Monday 9th october - noting turned up and now i'm just being ignored. I never leave bad reviews - i alway would give people the benifit of sorting things out but I have never had an experience like this form any supplier every! I know you are a new company but you cannot build a good business on broken promises and bulshit. Again my advise would be to stay away from Elltek.

Placed order 18th July & was told 3-6 weeks.
Messaged after 5 weeks & told they’d update the following week & so started a string of false promised and very, very poor customer service. It was always me contacting them for updates.
Eventually at 8 1/2 weeks I cancelled the order and requested a refund. After another week I’d had nothing so rang yet again & was given some excuse about forgetting to verify the refund their end and it was done immediately with a verification email being received. However that refund never came. Eventually 11 weeks to the day from ordering I got a refund from my card provider, having started the ball rolling with a claim the week before.
During this whole process I had spoken to 2 other people who left comments on Elltek social media posts and both had never received their orders and both had eventually received refunds from their card providers. Says it all!

The workshop units I had installed by Elltek were of a very high quality and very good value , the installation was quick and hassle free and very professional . I would highly recommend buying these units and having them installed by professionals was definitely worth it
