Customer service is superb and the coffee and is second to none, particularly their single origin range. I've ordered from Workshop Coffee a number of times and each time have been impressed. Excellent advice on coffee and quick, friendly support following a broken Wilfa Svart grinder which was nothing to do with Workshop.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, sent me an email to say my order had been shipped, then an email to say they had no stock, very disappointed. Ordered same product from different company and it turned out to be cheaper, so I would recommend you shop around.

Ordered coffee and mug nearly 3 weeks ago, no sign of this and the customer service is non existent.

Workshop coffee never fails to not only impress me with the quality of its beans but also surprise me with different variations of coffee that I have never heard of. The information postcard they provide gives me an education about the story of these beans and helps me feel like I understand a little bit more about such a complex world with different growing, processing and grading variables.

Very impressed with this company and will definitely use them again. We ordered an Atmos Vacuum Canister but unfortunately there was a faulty batch and the lid didn't seal properly. On contacting the company they got back to me immediately and sent a replacement lid out the same day. Superb customer service and good prices from what we've seen so far.

I've ordered a MiiR travel tumbler with a leakproof 360 lid. This is hands down the best go-to mug I've ever had. The double wall keeps the coffee warm forever and the lid is just absolutely a.m.a.z.i.n.g! Click and drink, leakproof. Over are the days of faffing with a screw-on cover for each sip to prevent spilling, or having a dodgy flip cap opening up.

I don't know at the shop in person, but online customer service was amazing. Alex got back to my initial enquiry really quickly, and was super helpful in setting up my purchase as I couldn't do it through the website at the time.

I've now ordered another tumbler and lid as my wife was jealous, and I suspect I'll order more when the extended family get tumbler envy too.

I don't know about the other shops, but in Marylebone the employees are very insensitive and rude. Besides the fact that she screams all day at every client who comes in wearing a mask (contractually she will bear the consequences) they address the clients, treat you as if you were stealing (not all, some of the girls) and go to frequently, it didn't just happen once. The stars are for coffee, nothing else.

These guys are a quality outfit focussed on quality coffee and equipment. If they have selected it, you can rely on it. They also provide a very slick website and ordering process and lighting fast delivery. To add to the experience, my grinder came with a bonus bag of coffee - from these guys, that's a very generous gesture.
