Terrible customer service and thats from a so called manager, because he didn't want to deal with me he put the phone down on me - shocking to say the least.Tried twisting my words to make out i had said something i hadn't , reminded him to listen back to the call that was no doubt recorded, basically been ripped off as they are refusing to pay back my £2340 for a trip they have suspended in the hopes the fco reverse the advice they gave against all but essential travel, wtw maintaining the trip isnt cancelled unless i cancel it and then they will keep my £300 deposit and charge cancellation fees so end up losing £1320, over half my money, option to book something else but not really an option as far as I'm concerned, do they really expect me to book anything with them after the treatment i have received ,events beyond our control force me to this situation and all wtw care about is their bank balance not the uni students such as my daughter and the parents they are robbing of hard earned cash - THIEVING ROBBING COMPANY STEER WELL CLEAR !! they will be hearing from my solicitor, only gave 1 star because i had to
