No Customer Service
I paid for 2 jackets for work and only 1 for my staff has turned up (L and an XL was undelivered) I was in a live chat 4 days ago where they said they would send a replacement and now I’ve had no confirmation from them, no replies to emails and £100 down. Also the live chat option completely disappeared I’ve tried on phone and Mac and deleted cookies etc. it’s just this place I would avoid.

Your choice of work trousers is good
Your choice of work trousers is good - but on your website - when I wanted to choose the black pair of the Regatta action trousers - it kept coming up in the basket for the litchen green pair so when myself and other people buy trousers from your website could you please make sure that the actual colour that we have chosen goes into the basket please.
