I too had ordered from this so called company.A lovely 100% hooded top.When after some wait it did arrive.Not at all like the picture.Shawdily made & certainly not 100% cotton.Emails back & forward but getting nowhere.I too will take this up with Paypal.Why also do Facebook allow these Chinese companies to false advertise.So angry they get off with it.

Still waiting for an item ordered 8 September. A couple of emails fobbing me off saying covid is to blame. Last 2 messages ignored or reply was in Chinese. Wish I'd looked on here first....

Received item with marks on and poor quality stitching. Material also poor quality. I sent an email with photos the next day and had a lot of back and forth asking for more photos and simply telling me it was the product I ordered (which was not the point since it was the quality I had an issue with). My request for a refund was ignored repeatedly. I have now raised this with PayPal and hope to get a refund that way! Wish I had searched for reviews before ordering!

The goods ARE NOT as they appear on the website. Very poor quality, very poor representation of colour and just cheap-looking. I have tried several times to request a return but I keep getting the standard answer - "please provide a photo as evidence". I've done this and still get the same response. I've now opened a dispute in Paypal.

The offer via a Facebook add seemed very good, especially for garments made with wool and cotton. Oh why didn’t I delve a bit further!?
Package arrived after a few weeks, which I guess was good but the items inside were not exactly as I was expecting. The colour of the hoodie was a much brighter pink and the coat/cardigan was definitely not made of wool and cotton, plus it certainly wasn’t oversized and was too small.
I wrote and asked for an address to return and for a refund and there response was for me to prove it but only with an image up to 1MB.
I’m going to give it a try but I would suggest anyone buying from this site dies so making sure they know what they might be letting themselves in for and checking ALL the small print.

Avoid!!! When will I learn not to buy from these adverts on Facebook?? Items of clothing ordered - shorter than shown on models in photographs. Quality not too bad, but not suitable. I contacted them for a refund to be told that they do not accept returns and make refunds! When I emailed again they told me that this information is on their website. I have just checked the website for returns/refunds and it states that they do offer them within 14 days of receipt of goods! I have now raised a dispute through Paypal's resolution centre.

I have just received my top that I ordered, It fits perfectly, and the company was good with communication.I have read all the reviews but I an satisfied with my purchase

Don't bother, it's cheap crap from china, the colour I chose was a marl rose pink, top I received was nothing like the picture, was not 100% cotton as advertised (35% cotton 65% polyester as per label) Poorly made cheap rubbish I could have bought in Primark for £3. Pictures of clothing are probably from other sites and they send copies.
