I placed an order with them for four 5lts of malt vinegar but they sent me spirit vinegar so I e mailed them and they offered sincere apologies and offered me a label so that I could return the order which would have meant that I would have had to man handle the heavy box to a drop off point ,I e mailed them explaining that I am disabled with a spinal condition and asked them to arrange for the box to be picked up,they then repeated the same sincere apology and said they are investigating the situation,so I e mailed them saying whats to investigate you got it wrong so pick up the box and give me a refund,today they sent a e mail saying that my e mails hadnt been delivered and sent the same message that they would send me a label to return the box.I have had it with this company rather than try to rectify their mistake with the least inconvenience to me they have compounded it with their lack of customer service.

Apparently my order was refunded a week ago. I haven’t received any money back into my account. No email telling me my order was refunded, I had to find out through shop tracking. I have emailed world food and they have not responded to any of my emails at all!

Ordered several items only one arrived. No reply from World food shop. Unable to contact them by email or phone

Sadly, I had to deduct one star because they supplied the incorrect address to the courier. This led to a delivery failure and my having to contact the courier to correct the address and arrange redelivery.

During the pandemic I’ve used several websites to look for specific Indian grocery items, I found this one to be the most user friendly.Easy to find and categorise items. They do have the items I was looking for. The delivery was quick and carefully packaged items. The most important thing I noticed is the pricing, who doesn’t like a bargain !!!
